Convenient and Clean.

Very good location near the highway. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Just avoid the restaurant. You wait FOREVER for the food, and when it comes it is not good.

Good for a one day visit

Our room was a nice size. There wasn't much around to eat without getting back in the car so we tried the restaurant. It wasn't busy but we had to flag down the waitress for refills to our drinks. The food was just ok.

Restless stay

The carpet in the room and sheets on the bed were very damp and uncomfortable! Room was spacious but outdated. Hotel is located near the highway.

Quiet/Scenic

Pros: Location and Room.
Cons: Ice machine was not operational.
Location: Did not do local sightseeing - so no comment.
Hotel is between local mountains with nice views. Room was excellent. Did not use their restaurant.

Bob, Thank you for staying with us at the Quality Inn & Suites of Lewistown. I apologize for the ice machine not working. This time of year they get used very hard. Our service vendor does have us on his schedule to repair the ice machine. Next time you are hear it should be up and running again. Blast from the past

The room was decorated with a very dated wall paper that the border was pealing off the top. The carpet was also dated and musty smelling. One of those carpets that you leave your shoes on. Bathroom linens were stained and toilet paper was single ply. Now the good, shower pressure was hot and steady. Hotel staff was moderately friendly. Has wifi, but was never given the password upon checking in. Arrived on a Friday and breakfast was only served from 6:30am to 9:30 am. Front desk will issue a 25% discount. Pool looked inviting, although never brought a swim suit. All shrubs and grass was dried and burnt from lack of water. Hotel is attached to a bar/ restuarant. Was expected to stay 2 days, but was glad to give up the second night to head home. Unfortunately, 1 of only 3 places to stay in Lewistown.

Quality Inn? Good for a place to sleep.

The room was fine. Newer upgrades. The hotel is old and the exterior is not nice looking. Basically there are no ammenities except for coffee and wifi. Good place to sleep.

Served its purpose

The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, but maids failed to clean our room, even when they were standing outside and saw us leave. We were there for two nights.

I do not recommend staying here

The hotel will pend 10% of the payment amount for 5-7 days after your stay to make sure there were no incidentals. We have stayed at several hotel chains and have never have this happen. The hotel was paid for in full before we got to the hotel and they pended money in my account for no reason. Will not stay here again.

I apologize for any misunderstanding in regard to billing. The hotel does not pend anything on the credit card. When the card is authorized the banking institution upon which the credit card is issued determines the amount. It works the same way as when you fill your gas tank or eat in a restaurant. The issuing bank does not know how much gas you will pump or if you are going to tip your server so it authorizes the card for an additional amount. This authorization can stay with your account from 7 to 10 business days after the actual charge has been made to your card.
