All my requirements met. Real coffee pot in room, nice hot tub and pool. Only minus was the kinda meager breakfast. Fridge and microwave also present.

The room was good except that we were in a handicap room which had a shower in disrepair. I was unable to take a shower. We arrived at 10:00 P.M. and the room was very cold and took a long to to warm up; it was very uncomfortable for about an hour. The continental breakfast had variety and the food was good. We told the reception about the problems and she recorded our concerns to report to the manager. We have stayed there in the past and had a good experience on all fronts.

Very comfortable stay
Excellent room with lots of amenities. You enter from the outside but there's also a second door in the rear that leads to an inside hallway. Nice to be able to walk to breakfast without having to go outside!

I wear a medical device at night. It needs to be plugged into an electrical socket to work. I went to plug it in behind the bedside table and found an open outlet. No outlet cover that would prevent someone from touching the exposed wires. I took a picture and showed the front desk. They said maintenance would take care of it.

We got in late. This was the only hotel with a room available. When we got there the front desk said my cat wasn’t allowed in the room. Is he also said that my cat would not be able to stay in my car because “it was their policy.” So, I just deove an extra 2 hours to have a room and she says I can’t park there if my cat is in the car. Lame.

The best thing about this hotel was the wonderful clerk who greeted us afterhours and gave us a room upon my request that was the most convenient to our rental truck and towed vehicle. Room was clean, quiet, minimal but adequate. Breakfast was minimal but the coffee was good and plentiful, yogurt-- other prepackaged pastries. Got us going back on the road, our last night on our cross country venture.
