Convenient

Pros: Availability at a time of high demand, honored reservations made in advance.. A good array of breakfast items and friendliness of office staff.
Cons: Accommodations appear to be aging and in need of remodeling.
Location: No Comment. We were there just to visit family for a day.
Had a problem with towels supply and room access card. Shower faucet difficult to turn on.

Good for the money

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very dated. We prefer non-smoking but since the motel was all booked up, it was our only choice. The staff apologized but it was what it was because there was a shortage of motel rooms due to a couple of events that were happening in Burns. The Continental breakfast was ok. So the whole experience was in the "ok" range or about "3.3".

The reception was wonderful. Warm, gracious and personal. This kind of treatment for a guest is worth the weight in gold.

Pros: It was Clean and easy access to highway.
Location: The Pine Cone resturant located next door was excellent for dinner.
The morning "breakfast" left a lot to be desired. There was toast, cold cereal, toast, cheese sticks..." quote my kid didn't sow u[ last night so I wasn't able to get anything for breakfast"

No room!

Pros: NA
Cons: Better desk help.
Location: Small town, there for a children's wrestling clinic.
Called to change my reservation. Requested to cancel Thursday night BUT keep Friday night. I knew that the fire crews in the local area were booking most of the rooms. Tried to check in on Friday afternoon and the hotel was sold out! The desk had accidentally cancelled Friday and charged me for a room on Thursday! They did refund the charges for Thursday thankfully, but then I had to call three hotels before I was able to find a vacancy in a very small town! I ended up paying double for my room than if the Days Inn had honored my request properly. Their pool was also out-of-order.

I would not have stayed here if the better hotels were not full. The outside looks pretty rough. But the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It was a good deal for the price.
