Nice hotel, good location for our needs.

Pros: Location. Towels.
Cons: The bathroom needs grab bars to help getting in and out of tub/shower and toilet too low to the ground. Elevator very slow.

Our experience was ok

Pros: The breakfast area was beautiful
Cons: It could have been a little cleaner
Overall the hotel was fine. There were certain areas that had been redone which were very nice but other areas were definitely noticeable that they needed some work. Our room was alright but some of the corners had not been cleaned and the stairwells were smelly and the floors needed washing. The person working in the breakfast area was fantastic and did a great job. The breakfast area was very nice.

Wonderful surprise

I stay in Burnsville several times a year for business. This hotel find was a nice surprise. It is centrally located, is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is adequate, I would have liked more fresh offerings but they change the menu daily. The lobby is presentable and there is a nice area for meetings if that is your need. The price can't be beat. I highly recommend this hotel. Business traveler

Nice Hotel

It does feel a little crowded but it looks beautiful. The breakfast was probably the worst part of the experience. Only go for the pancakes or sausage links or cereal or oatmeal!

Don't overlook this option

Pros: amenities offered: breakfast, usb/media hub, and bedding. good room for the price.
Location: pizza, restaurants, burnsville center
I had to stay longer term in a hotel between house moves. I landed here with a good AAA rate and was surprised by the offering: great bed, nice work desk, closet and dresser, nice tv, and a usb/media port. I was actually surprised by what the hotel offers; plus you get a hot breakfast and there is a good restaurant next door. Give this some hotel some real consideration.

Decent

Cons: Hallway and elevator cleanliness
Hotel is nicely located for attractions on the southside of the Twin Cities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more than normal hotel fare, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs or breakfast burrito, sausage, a yogurt machine and the normal carbs. The breakfast seating area is nice and large. My two observations were that the carpets need to be vacuumed more often and garbage picked up. We stayed 2 nights and the same garbage was laying in the hallway both nights. The elevator could use a good cleaning too. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice selection of TV channels to choose from. Overall a decent place to stay.

Comfortable Hotel

Pros: Clean room and breakfast area.
Cons: Hallways and exits.
Location: 15 minutes drive to Mall of America
The room was very clean and comfortable. The newly refurbished dining area and breakfast is very pleasant with enough space for all. The hallways and exit areas are quite grubby and in need of updating. However, this was in contrast to the bedroom which was recently updated and very comfortable. Good hotel and reasonable price.

Bed was great. Bathroom had been updated but not the tub. Lobby floors, and halls needed a vacuuming badly. We didn't eat the bkfst so can't comment
