Thier system didn't realize our reservation

We went to the hotel and told us there's no reservation for us and we have to move out though it was after midnight. We had to go around the city searching for accomodation. What made the experience phenomenally terrible, the receptionist couldn't speak English at all.

The room small, there is no porters to take the lagge to the room u must take it by yourself!!!!,the wasnt clean when we arrive,

they do not allow 2 different surnames (family names) in the same room and this is not announced, I had to take 2 rooms.

Nice hotel but not well maintained

The staff weren't very nice. They checked us in a smoking room and when we asked to change the room they said that there are no other rooms available and after insisting they gave us a nonsmoking one.

it is not a customer oriented hotel

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Management has to be more polite. They have to solve problems not make it worst.
Location: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no shops accessible nearby by foot
I had the worst hotel experience ever with management at this hotel just because my wife forgot to bring our 1 year old sons ID. She is still breastfeeding him. They said they need it for security . I have told them that I can bring a paper from police station, was refused. I was offering to get ID number still they said no. I wanted to give them his birth certificate but they said no. what else can be better than a birth certificate ???They were insisting to see the ID even ID does not have a picture. They were telling us just get out of the hotel with the baby even we have drove 5 hours to get there. They are like third-world countries rulers. They are always right. Finally my sister send me ID then we got in. Also there was no AC in the room. when we have asked to turn on they said it is not working in this month. I have no idea what they were thinking. AC and heat should be available to customer anytime. It is customer choice not management. There is no slope front of entrance. It is far away and located behind parking lot. If someone park there it will be hard to use it. the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no shops accessible nearby by foot.
