I wouldn't recommend this place

Pros: Nice staff
Location: Candidly, we thought the area around the hotel was not the greatest. One of my family members told me that they were a bit scared.
Where to start... We had booked this place since it had a great rate for a short stay, but it was a terrible experience. The walls are paper thin. The rooms we had smelled of a combination of wet dog + tobacco + mystery scent. The beds were sub par and we found hair in one of the beds when going to bed. It was really sub standard.

Third floor, strong smell of weed.

I would not recommend. We did no lt feel safe. Thankfully expedia took care of us and made it easy to make other arrangements.

Killed a bug in our room and hallways smelled bad. Did not have regular cream with coffee at breakfast. Elevator was slow and had an issue opening on second floor.

Was in a convenient place to stay for us

All was good except the smell of the rooms were the smell of the previous occupants. We had 2 rooms and they both smelled very different. 1 room smelled heavily like East Indian food, the other smelled heavily like cooking grease. The hall way smelled of a different food all together. Most people we saw in the hall ways were of different ethnic backgrounds but all were very nice people. Just seemed to me like this place was a place that people would live for a period of time, long enough to make the rooms smell very individual, like their home kitchen would smell I suppose. We did get used to the aroma but was very surprising every time we entered the rooms.

Pleasant, clean, spacious,nice,comfortable,good price. A nice place to stay...even tho i only stayed for one night...

Basic value for a Kitchenette

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping is doing their job with the day-to-day work
Cons: This facility is in desperate need of renovation. Actual dairy product for morning coffee would be nice.
Location: Very convenient to USF
Although the staff is friendly and helpful, and anything that can be cleaned day-to-day is clean, the hotel overall is worn out. There are matted-in stains on the carpet, dingy curtains, permanent cigarette smell on the smoking floor and a mild moist mildewy smell in the hall and some rooms. Amenities are very basic, as is the grab and go breakfast. Also, after watching an argument where guests were then evicted and being barked at by an unfriendly dog (pet-friendly rooms available), I made the call not to let my 12 year old daughter go to the lobby alone.

It's ok.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room is comfy I like that you have a small kitchenette and the room was clean. Some of the not so good was waking up to roaches in the kitchen and bathroom at night, the kitchenette does not come equipped with any cookware, utensils, cups or even dish soap (normally all provided at hotels that have a stove), the area isn't the worst but not the greatest. We had the room next to us with a barking dog from 9pm-about 1am I guess the owner got back. Then not to mention the cars outside the window blasting music for about 45-an hour at midnight. But staff was very friendly.
