Nice hotel near Busch Gardens.

Hotel offers a shuttle to Busch Garden so you don't have to pay for parking. They also offer discounted tickets. Wish we could have stayed longer to take full advantage.

Great hotel and very close to Busch gardens.

Stayed for one night for holla- scream at Busch gardens. The hotel was awesome because it had a free shuttle to take you to the park and picked you up when you were ready. They also had a free great breakfast and VERY CLEAN room!

Completely Unacceptable

Pros: The location to Busch Gardens is great. Shuttle to and from the Park. The majority of the employees were great. The shuttle bus driver was awesome.
Cons: In this situation, manager who conveyed that the issue was taken care of should have had eyes on the issue. Pictures show that issue was NOT resolved.
Location: Pros See above Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Cons Located on a busy road Fire station within a quarter mile Dingy part of town
Stayed at this location in the past and this most recent visit was a letdown. Checked into our 'first' room and because of lighting and cleanliness issues, was upgraded to the Presidential suite. In the suite, there was a dripping sound every time the AC would cycle off. The HVAC unit was located in a closet within the room. Opened the door and observed the drip pan was completely full of water and was overflowing on to the carpet. The HVAC unit was elevated about 1' above the pan and the wall surrounding this space was completely covered with a black mold. Informed the front desk of the issue and was assured someone would be up right away. Midday I received a phone call saying someone was now taking care of the problem. Upon returning to the hotel, was assured by the front desk that the problem was "taken care of. The pan had been vacuumed out and the carpet had been cleaned". Returning to the room, the maintenance person came to retrieve the carpet drying fan and dehumidifier which had been placed in the room. Opened the door to see what the space now looked like and the included photos show how the issue was resolved. Apparently, the lack of drainage/mold has been a issue in the past (note rust marks on pan and PVC pipes). How could periodic maintenance (filter change) not reveal a problem with the HVAC drainage. This room should be closed off and sanitized correctly. For someone with a compromised immune system, this situation could be deadly.

Loved it overall. A little busy with hurricane relief personnel but given the timing of our visit it was totally understandable and we didn't mind one bit.

A great hotel for access to Bush Gardens but the area is a bit run down so only recommend a short stay.

Couldn't be better!

Pros: Staff, food, cleanliness
Cons: Nothing
Location: This was an evacuation not a vacation, but there is much nearby....Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, abs sometimes, the rennasaince festival
This was a hurricane situation stay. Staff was amazing. Tori was sweet and helpful at check-in. Willy...not sure of his title, was always ready with a smile and a helping hand. The breakfast buffet was really nice, and the young man tending the buffet was always super. He took care of each person like they were really special.. I was in room 113. I didn't get the name of the housekeeper, but she sang sweet songs as she cleaned the rooms. There was a black lady who appeared to be an authority figure. She enforced the rules gently keeping the hurricane situation in mind. They even created a room just to take pets to potty during the brunt of the storm. Food was great. Staff was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks to all of you.
