"The room and bathroom seemed a little long in the tooth. Bathroom floor had dirt in the seams. The sink was dirty and needed a good scrubbing. Also the bathroom was pretty tight quarters. But the reason we were there: the pool and the ocean access were great. I loved the Guy Harvey art that was everywhere throughout the resort. The restaurant is pretty pricey and the dinner menu was somewhat limited. Staff were all very friendly and room requests (such as a broken Keurig or restocking of Kleenex) were tended to post haste. Other guests were also friendly and seemed very happy to be there."

"We had such a wonderful time here! Thé private walkway to the beach was huge for us. We have 3 kids so it was wonderful to be able to let them just run back and grab whatever they left at the house without having to worry about safety concerns. Thé house was very comfortable. We didn’t realize that it was a pet friendly space, so there was pet hair on bed, pillows, things like that….thats on me for not realizing. That didn’t change our stay at all though. It was great and we hope to come back again!"

"The location is amazing! The apartment was steps away from the beach and had beautiful beach views. Located about 15 min drive from downtown St. Augustine so still close to shopping and restaurants.There were two parking passes included with the rental. Beach supplies were also included which is a nice plus. A fully stocked kitchen and great beach theme decor were in the apartment. The host provided detailed instructions for check-in, amenities, and how to check out. The only reason I rated the rental 4 stars was a cleanliness issue. Some of the hand towels had a mildew smell like they had been left in the washing machine too long before being dried. In addition, there were stains on one of the towels and two of the three beds; one of the beds also had hair in it. Due to the stains we went to a store to buy towels and sheets. To be fair, I didn't contact the host because I felt more comfortable handling the issue on my own and there wasn't much the host could do to quickly rectify the situation.Other than the issue above the property was amazing."

"we enjoyed our weekend with family here. place is Accurate with pictures. unit is on 3rd level, no elevator, so that was a challenge for older generation like us, but people and the place was nice and tenant we spoke with are so nice! went to the fort for sight seeing then Dinner at columbia was super. parking hard, have to pay everywhere you go. maybe uber next time. we would love to come back soon an stay again. !"

The unit was well stocked and had everything you could ever think of meeting while there.
