"The location was excellent! Pool, shuffle board, and tennis court right outside our sliding door! The condo had enough room for our crew of 5. I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than 5. The kitchen dishes all needed to be washed before using, the pull out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, the showers ran warm most of the time, the microwave broke while using it on the last night. We still enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for our crew. And though the dishes needed cleaned, there was adequate kitchen ware, large refrigerator, stove worked great, and the condo itself was neat and clean!"

"From the very beginning of the reservation process, throughout our stay and the check out we had nothing short of a great experience. The property was exactly as described. Being directly on the beach side was awesome. The property was close to shopping and great places to eat. The beach was absolutely beautiful. I’m originally from Daytona Beach and I have to say this was a much more scenic beach. Law enforcement was present a lot and we felt safe. Most of the beach-goers were really nice and we made a few friends along the way. The property was clean and roomy enough for 6. Our host Marty was awesome. Answered every question quickly and was very helpful. If you have people in your party with mobility issues though be aware the walk to the beach is a little lengthy and requires walking a long walkway and up and downhill through soft sand dunes. Carrying coolers, beach chairs, etc. can be a little difficult. Otherwise it was a great stay. We will definitely return"

"The place is absolutely beautiful. While it is not directly on the beach, there is a path that takes you to it. It was very clean and nice. There are also 3 pools to choose from to swim in. I love that they have everything that you would need available for you. I had a mishap with check in because I didn’t receive the email with the instructions, but the host sent everything to me immediately after I contacted him. I would definitely stay here again in the future or if not this exact property another one that this host owns. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!!!!"

"Cozy, cute house with good amenities and nice decor. It's older but has some nice upgrades - charm of old Florida with easy flooring, nice kitchen appliances, and comfy furniture. The beach access is very close, and the beach itself is beautiful - powder white sand, very wide, and the water was like a warm bath. Busy but still plenty of private space to claim for the day. St. Augustine is a delight with the pedestrian walk areas and many fun shops. Some good local coffee shops nearby as well as friendly (though not intrusive) neighbors."

"We just spent a week for our annual family vacation of 16. We had a great week! This property well-accommodated our travelers. The only downside for us was the walk to the beach, along with the chairs, tents, and beach bags, which was daily for us. The July heat and also the afternoon storms presented challenges in getting there and back.It was nice to have some items like coffee and paper goods to help us get started with the week.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the tiki bar. It was also nice to have so many TVs! We vacation with our family to St Augustine every year, and finding “the perfect house” for us is a challenge, but this one as our first visit was a positive choice."

"Proximity to the beach and pool were excellent! Condo left a bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness, but to an extent can be expected at the beach! My infant son had black hands and knees in a matter of minutes so not sure the floor has ever been mopped and the couch was rather grungy. However the kitchen was well stocked, the master bedroom was great, and the host was responsive after running into an issue at check in. He was quick to help resolve the issue! You can see a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony and it was enjoyable to sit out there in the mornings and evenings to take in the beautiful sunsets! Overall would recommend and would return!"
