Charged fees for smoking, room wasn’t clean.

Hotel room wasn’t the cleanest thing I ever saw. Garbage wasn’t emptied out when I got there. Then they charged me a huge fine for smoking in the room, which I couldn’t have done as I don’t smoke. They then said “oh well someone who stayed in the room with you must have smoked. We found ‘evidence’ of smoking in the trash.” No one stayed with me in the room, so maybe I should have carefully screened the trash that was there before I stayed in the room, instead of not making a big deal over it. Won’t be going back, shady operation.

I would be happy to speak with you regarding this because through our many conversations we were never notified of the room being unclean or that the garbage was not empty upon your arrival. We take the condition and cleanliness of our hotel very seriously.

In town for a birthday party and spent the night at Fairfield Inn. Good nights rest and a great breakfast meal. Thank you. Will plan to stay there again in the future.

Nice place to stay - quiet, clean , friendly staff

Location: We stayed there after spending the day at the Butler Ice Jam.
The staff in the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast the next morning was one of the better ones I have seen in a while - clean, well stocked, nice choices. Room was spacious and clean. Only down side was the parking lot - it had snowed the day before and the lot needed a lot more cleanup.

Clean but not worth the price

The hotel is clean but not up to the standards one would expect from Fairfield. The gym equipment is broken or nonoperational. One towel was in the gym area.

The hotel was nice. Rooms were comfortable. The pool, hottub and exercise room were nice. We will come here again. I like that breakfast was at six o'clock.

Room I booked was not available

I am so sorry that your preferred room was not available at the time of check in. While we strive to provide an excellent experience every time, it seems that we have unfortunately fallen short on this stay.
