My main concern was, that housekeeping not available daily, front desk told me - every other day, also breakfast in the Hotel was not very good it all.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, a very walkable area, the only thing would be that you have to pay for the breakfast and parking. Nevertheless, will definitely be coming back, especially to visit my daughter at university.

Unfortunately, the only parking we offer at the hotel is the valet parking, but there are other parking options available in the area if you were to stay with us again. Hotel was fairly clean but the on-site parking was $30 a night which was a bit of an unexpected cost, and the valets were not the most polite. Room was a bit smaller than expected and there was no information about the amenities in the room nor were we informed at check in about dining options at the hotel you had to ask. Would also have loved a fan in the bathroom and a bathroom door that wasn’t so heavy we had to prop it open with a table to be able to speak to each other while getting ready! Worked for a brief stay and was easy to get where we needed to go but I probably won’t be returning to this location.

We liked the valet parking, in room refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave wave. We missed the individual bathroom amenities, including the shower cap-all precovid amenities.
Only the bar/ grill was open with a not very interesting menu to us. Sam, an excellent server, was doing everything by herself.

I stay in Oakland a lot but this was my first time in this hotel, and I was impressed! One of the best places to stay - closer than anything else to convenient dining options. Valet-only parking is a little annoying but there is a garage a block or so away that you can park in 24 hours.

The hotel and staff were great overall. Room was clean and comfortable. But traffic noise from Forbes Avenue was definitely noticeable and at times, loud. Bathtub drain piece was not working.

Easy access to everything around Pitt. Clean, friendly and convenient. Was able to park on street for a more affordable rate then the valet. Would stay again.

The staff was very kind and drink service was excellent! Good value for a place to spend the night - would have liked a cleaner room though… bed was comfortable. The room was pretty worn and a bit dirty.

Was not told that housekeeping services were only provided every other day. Both mattresses in room need replacement. Difficult access to front desk which is accessible by stairs. No direct elevator service to that area, only by a “lift”.

Made a reservation for my daughter who is 20yrs old. The property refused to honor the reservation due to minimum age requirement of 21. This is never mentioned in expedia rules and restrictions. It was later than 10pm at night and my daughter was basically turned away with no place to go. We called and vouched for her with the front desk but they refused. We offered to have another adult go to the hotel and check her in. They still refused. They also refused to help her in anyway. Even the hotel's own website allows a reservation to proceed with no mention of age restriction.

Perfect overnight to watch a Pitt game! Lots of dining options close by; no need for uber. Staff was courteous & helpful. Exercise room is nice. Bed was comfy & the shower was nice too!
