My room cost $119.88 for the one night stay. Approximately 1 week later I was online for my checking account and saw that I was charged $1119.88 for the one night. After almost having a heart attack I called them & owner insisted she caught the mistake the day after I had stayed & immediately refunded $1000.00. When I told her that was not the case she argued with me that I needed to contact my bank, so I did & of course there was no record of refund. After multiple phone calls to and from her / bank I finally did get my money back 2 days later. Thanks to their error I had other payments that did not clear the bank & I was charged NSF fees.

Thank you for staying with us and we did fix the problem with in 24 hours of the mistake, We are in the middle of changing our systems and its easy to make a mistake like that. We are sorry we caused you distress but as soon as we found it the General Manager was on the phone with corporate fix it, Again we thank you for staying with us and we hope you will return.
