We were on a golf vacation and stayed at the hotel for three nights. We enjoyed the breakfast and would like to complement the man in charge. I asked the front desk for more hangers and received them with no problem. The downfalls are that the hot tub was closed and the beds were hard and not comfortable. We booked and paid for our stay online and noticed that our credit card was charged again. The charges are being reversed but it could take a few days. We were told that a new employee made the error.

First time I have stayed in Butte, even though have passed through many times. It is a big enough city to offer good dining options and other things you might need. This hotel is well run, and in a very convenient location for an overnight stay and I assume longer. No refrigerator, though, and that is a bummer, I usually have on at other Holiday Inn Express I stayed at. Also, I wish IHG would honor my member # even though I book through Expedia. That seems broken. But, overall, recommend this location.

I was on the fourth floor and had trouble with the internet. The front desk employee told me to come to the 1st floor to connect. That still didn't work and I was told to call their IT department. Very frustrating as I was on a work trip and needed connection. It seemed to be something that frequently happens. The location was walking distance to shopping and food, but there is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.

All good but the hot tub.
All was great. The only complaint would be the hot tub wasn’t even bath water warm. After traveling all day we wanted to take a hot soak and it was chilly.

On the way to Glacier National Park with family.
We used the gym, pool and hot tub. All facilities were in clean and well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in our room. We would stay again.

We booked last minute because the other hotel we had booked was too dirty to stay in. They were amazing! So kind and thoughtful and easy to deal with. Room was amazing. Breakfast was great and staff slayed, as my teenager would say!
