I really am enjoying stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. The location is great, overlooks a park and the mountains, and it is just a couple blocks from shopping and several restaurants. It is quiet, clean, comfortable. I will definitely stay again, next time I stop in Butte.

This property says it has a hot tub, which it does, however it is broken. Apparently, the hot tub has been broken for a very long time. I spoke with the front desk 2 days before I arrived and told them I was staying because of the hot tub. The front desk person didn't tell me that the hot tub was broken. When I asked for a refund, they said I missed the checkout time, so no refund was possible.

the Breakfast was a bit off Eggs were cold The ham was heavy in salt coffee was not to standard expected and as at other hotels. All else was very good. Beautiful view Great desk person.

There is a dog park right beside the hotel which I like as a dog owner. Kelly, the woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful in getting us a room on the first floor with a walk in shower. The layout is good and has everything we need.

It was a little tricky getting here the first time, but once figured out it is very easy. The property looks nice from the outside. The check in did not go well as we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. There was no apology and even then it took a long time for her to get us our room key. We were happy when we arrived in our room. It is clean and spacious.

The hot tub and pool were not working. That’s only reason we booked there. Bathroom was dirty and shower head didn’t work. Tub needs anti slip mat. Sloppy silicone work. Mold and mildew on windows. Pillows were horrible and flat. Breakfast was unappetizing.

It was almost impossible to search for cannels on the TV. There were lots of channels but no way to get to them with the supplied remote. The room needs a chair so we had to sit on the bed
