Go somewhere else

Only 1 person at the front desk. Gave me a key to someone elses room instead of mine. Had to go back to the front and get new keys. Gave me wrong directions to my room. Room smelled like pee. Comforter had a big yellow pee stain. Carpets smelled like pee.

Front staff, very argumentative. Had our room reservations for three months when we got here they had canceled our rooms so they had to give us a cheap room and did not get a price break. The pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, Jacuzzi all we’re nonworking and unusable. Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work

Layout of the hotel is aggravating. If on second floor have to go down the stairs and outside to get to desk or pool OR use card key to enter the first floor door and use that hallway. Card keys kept de-magnetizing. Had to reprogram both of our keys 3 times and a pain when you have to go outside and walk all the way around to the front desk. Bed in room sunk and leaned on one side. Coffee maker in the room lacked the piece to put the coffee pod. However, the pool area was very nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. That was the best thing about the place.

The facility was fairly new. Nice place to stay. Only problems was the lack of hot water for showers.

Staff was friendly. Hotel had good breakfast but overall hotel is outdated & needs work. Bed was comfortable.

The room was rarely cleaned well, not vacuumed, sink and bath not cleaned, towels not replaced. I discovered a staff stole food. On a positive note the head of the cleaning staff responded well to my reporting. The one day she cleaned my room was done well. One morning we had minimal food for breakfast and weak coffee. It was reported that the delivery truck was late. However this causes it to appear that ordering does not calculate well and the hotel is next door to a Safeway and could have easily purchased enough to complete the advertised offered breakfast .
