Terrible experience

Cons: Honesty
Location: close to the national cemetary
Hotel was under construction and it was not noted on Expedia or the website. I had prepaid on Expedia - big mistake! When we got there we were stuck with our reservation. Dirty, noisy, no elevator and the staircase full of dirt, debris and construction equipment. Ice maker broken. At check in when I complained I never would have booked had I know the whole first floor was under construction, they lied and said it was on the website.

Under construction, everything awful

Major construction, noise started at 7 am and lasted to early evening. Didn't bother to cover the smell of carpet glue! Towels like cardboard. Breakfast was a joke, had to pick up 3 bagels before I found one that wasn't soggy.

Hotel doing construction work in facility

The hotel was doing construction work in the facility. Our tv didn't work. The room was good and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Quite also at night. Convient location for our needs.

Spent night after Polar Express Ride

Pros: Rooms clean, friendly staff, good rates.
My friend and I, along with our little ones, spent the night after riding the Polar Express from the Cape Cod Railway. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. It was close to the railway and convenient to area restaurants, etc. Good place to stay for the price. I would stay there again.

Stay somewhere else.

We stayed here 3 years ago when a family member booked a block of rooms for her wedding. Everything was fantastic. We arrived this weekend and things have changed. The room was not clean. Carpet was stained. Bathroom could be cleaned a lot better. Mattress not comfortable. The whole place smelled like mold or something. Including the breakfast room We will never book here again. We are sad of how down hill it went since 2013.

The room was used hard but clean. The hotel in general needed some maintenance - repairs, paint, ect. The restaurant didn't look too great - plus there was a questionable odor right inside the door. Overall, it served it's purpose. I probably would try to find something a little nicer though.
