Nice time in Aleph boutique hotel
Everything was great. Receptionist Adriana and another guy always help us. A room and also bathroom was clean with modern equipment. Everyday supplies shampoo, shower gel , toiletries and 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was with amazing view in Byblos Citadel and great Lebanese food. Waiter prepared for us coffee what kind of coffee we want … ice coffee. We spent there 4 nights and it was great time. Public beach was only 10 minutes by walk.

Nice location The suite are spacious Staff are helpful. Make sure you Visit fenician restaurant. Forget about Melina restaurant, it only has a good view but the food is average and the price or too high

The staff were helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was very good, and the Lebanese breakfast is excellent. Quiet at night. Internet and electricity are still pretty good despite difficult times in the country. Other than old curtains that should be changed, the room was very pleasant with a beautiful sea view.

The room style is bright and a lot of space, in general looks new. There is an amazing view. Also, good Ac to warm up the room a bit. Perfect breakfast place and also the choice of food. (-) no cleaning everyday, so u need to ask (-) no some basic things, like spoons, no tea, no bottles of water (-) bad wifi

Discounted access to private beach, girl on reception was lovely and super helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooftop terrace had amazing views, alcohol was fairly priced. Great location. Highly recommend.

Crusader Castle views both day and night
Very conveniently located near the souk at Byblos port. Clean and comfortable with helpful staff.Within walking distance of sights , shops and restaurants. Magnificent view of the Crusader castle from the 4th floor breakfast room. Rooftop bar well worth a visit

Very good hotel
I really like the room. Standard was small, deluxe is perfect size. The breakfast is amazing. I booked for one night and decided to stay longer. Really worth if the breakfast is included.

Not a boutique hotel
Nice and clean hotel with comfortable beds. We got a cute welcome with rose petals on the bed, as we recently got married. That was appreciated. However, this is probably not a boutique hotel, as there’s nothing boutique about it. The design is very outdated, and the condition is so so. A lot of the things in the bathroom are broken or almost broken. The entire hotel is lit with blue lights, which does not make it feel cosy at all. The breakfast is ok, not amazing, but ok.

Aleph boutique hotel has an excellentl location. Close to the major attraction so in Byblo, and it has a beautiful rooftop with an amazing view. But it needs refurbishment. It's clear that when it was opened it had a certain design charm, but now it's getting old. The bathroom needs to be upgraded as well as the bed as its not comfortable. The breakfast room has a beautiful view but the food isn't good. It should be fresh. I wouldn't give Aleph a four stars.

What a view!
The greatest thing about this hotel is the magnificent view from the rooftop restaurant. Superb, with reasonable prices, too. From the breakfast restaurant it is nearly as good, with a better than average buffet. Hotels in Lebanon are not cheap. We scored a mid week room for 3 for $110 US, which feels like good value. Get a copy of your booking because the free breakfast condition was not passed on to the hotel. They were gracious in accepting our word for the booking. A brilliant location, right next to the fortress.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Great location!
This hotel over exceeded our expectations. Amazingly friendly and professional staff who were very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect! Roof top bar is a must try!! Great atmosphere and amazing scenery including views of historical sites.

Nice Hotel, calm area.
Stayed at the king suite room for 2 relaxing days, jacuzzi was repaired and upgraded but worked nothing to brag about. The room and hotel atmosphere is nice, good hotel.

We've stayed for 3 nights, room was very small but I think they've got way better rooms , the view was great, especially from the breakfast room, fantastic rooftop, but the thing that makes it worth the most is the staff, very helpful and friendly

Location is the best asset for this hotel. So disappointed with the breakfast experience. Nothing was available in the buffet and staff were busy on their phone and they didn't refill the food till we ask them to do so.

Good location
Aleph is a centrally located hotel, very close to the historic centre of the city of Byblos but not too close which is actually great as in the evening the city centre can be very noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room clean and the breakfast area has amazing views to the antiquities. The breakfast had many options. I would stay again.

Excellent staff.
Stayed with my husband and two children , staff did everything they could to help . Hotel in nice quiet location but close to everything . Some of the hotel looks a bit tired . Very comfortable stay , really enjoyed the air conditioning in the heat wave.😄
