Very nice place to stay!
Overnite stay to attend a memorial. Checkin was fast. All staff was gracious and polite. Room was awesome anc very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very nice, quite stay! Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff was great. I gave average as a review due to the housekeeping staff. The towels and sheets were not changed. I had to go downstairs and request towels and trash bags. This was very unacceptable.

It got me through.
It was ok. The staff coming in was wonderful, but the ones leaving out were so/so. The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner and the room had a few things that could have been done better. But over all it was a decent stay. Would have been a great stay if not for the few issues.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at off of a highway while traveling. The room was very large, clean, modern, and the bed was super comfortable!

Not bad at all
At check in the desk clerk called housekeeping to ensure our room was ready. When we got to our room Housekeeping was still cleaning. It was inconvenient to have to wait in the hallway with our bags The staff was mostly friendly I needed to stay a few extra hours( from Hawaii- flights are fewer) and had to pay for a whole day for the hours I wss travellung with someone disabled Breakfast was good

the elevator was slower than molasses on a winters day...but other than that it was good

No water. Could mint flush toilet or take a bath
The hotel did not have running water. We checked in at 1820 hours, placed our bags in the room and left. Returned at approximately 2200 hours to call the front desk and advise of the water situation. We were never informed by the hotel staff prior to check in that they were dealing with a water issue for over two days. How do you operate a hotel without water? Does anyone have an answer ? I’ll wait!!
