We enjoyed our stay. However, the room is badly designed. There is no adequate area for making coffee etc. It is on a shelf in a cupboard and there is no plug there for the kettle. It has to be boiled on the floor.

Close to most things, we were going to the Blues Festival for 1 night, it was walking distance to the bus next to Aldi. The only thing was a suggestion to include that you don't offer breakfast in your information folder. There is some options close by which were awesome and to include information about if you leave before they open the office where to leave the tags...I put it under the office door inside.

Very attentive and thoughtful staff! Super convenient location, rooms are quiet but everything is perfectly walkable. Restaurants all around. AC in the rooms is so nice after a day at the beach.

We were advised the lift was out of order before arriving however little to no help was offered to assist with our bags. The complex itself is very different to the photos online. It’s also extremely noisy - not so much from street noise but other guests. Any noise made in communal areas can clearly be heard from the rooms (we had a group of drunken women the night we stayed and I could clearly hear word for word what they were saying at 3am in the morning). I was also randomly charged $5 after we checked out but received no invoice. Nothing was used in the mini bar. The location is very central

Love this place firstly as it is a very roomy Apartment and it is in such a great position! Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, bars and the beach! I use to live in Byron so still has great energy.

For the cost of the room it was disappointing. It wasn’t the cleanest with hairs left in bathroom and bed, the room was spacious but very basic. It is in a great location however, noisy at night and first thing in the morning with bin men which I understand is out of their control.

overall our stay was fine and good for its intended purpose. However the cleaning was sub par and grime could be found all under the toilet rim etc. For $800 for 3 nights, you’d expect water to be complimentary, not $4.50 a bottle. Appliances were outdated, iron/board had burn marks, blowdryer was at least 15 years old. Apart from that, staff were lovely and we were given fresh towels daily, we were also allowed early check in.

Confusing parking, no trolleys, difficult to find room. Lack of room lights, bed poor, little fridge, no bottle opener had to go and request one from office. Would'nt stay there again.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed was very loud music banging doors and a view from balcony of the stairway. For the price I paid for a deluxe 2 bedroom unit there was nothing to look at when I expected a pool lookout at least. The bed was very uncomfortable the shower leaked and won’t be staying again.

Due to our location being central in Byron Bay, some of our rooms do experience noise from the night life in Byron Bay.Our 2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartments feature 2x balconies, one connecting to the 2 bedrooms overlooking Byron Street, the 2nd balcony connected to the living area faces internally to the hotel.Our One Bedroom Deluxe Apartments have a view overlooking the pool.Our maintenance team will be looking into the shower issue in your room as this is not our typical standard.We are disappointed you found the bed to be uncomfortable also, and our management will look into ordering new mattresses.Thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback, we appreciate the honest feedback given by our guests as we aim to further improve our guest's experience.Kind regards, Byron Bay Hotel and Apartments Team

The bed was Terrible, king size made up of 2 king singles and one was slightly lower than the other , and they kept pushing apart, mattresses were too soft and saggy. Over all it was a nice stay , room was very tired needs renovation.

Loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat. Lovely room and facilities. The beautiful hand wash, shampoo and body lotion was a delight. No decaf coffee options or English breakfast tea meant a quick shop at Aldi, but that’s fine, you can’t have everything! The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time exploring the local landmarks, scenery, shops and eateries.

The location is perfect - It is exactly what you need for Byron Bay - because you will not want to be in your room. The room had what we needed, clean, nice size space and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is why you should stay here - so easy to change after the beach and hit the restaurants and bars. I would stay here again, and actually extended our stay one night because it was that good.

Perfect location but needs a refresh
Received a free upgrade for my hubby's birthday which was nice. Parking was easy, check in and out was really simple. Our room didn't have an iron or ironing board, so reception sai they would bring them, biut only delivered iron. We've stayed here a few times over a couple of years, but it's really starting to look a bit worn out, could use a good refresh of paint and furniture. Otherwise, great location, very spacious room

The property is in a good central location, the 2 bedroom unit had large rooms and good kitchen with Aldi downstairs makes it easy to self cater if you want. Only downside is the price but all accommodation is expensive in Byron.
