"Our room was not the best. We had street view without a balcony, the bathroom shower didnt drain properly, and their wasn't a clothes line in the shower, so we had to hang our wet clothes on the back of a chair. Nolberto the bellhop, Gloria dining manager, Jorge and Fausto the pool guys were all AWESOME and made the stay enjoyable, so much so that we could iverlook the minor issues. However check out they said was 11:00 but the confirmation email stated it was 12:00. "
