Also steps from ferry to the island and its pristine beach. Jan was an exceptional host meeting us upon our arrival and always available for any questions or concerns. "I was pleasantly surprised by everything at the Golden club hotel. I'd been slightly worried by some reviews before we arrived but i can honestly say our stay in August was excellent. It's a great 3 star hotel. All the staff were brilliant, my children went to kids club on our last 2 days and loved it, huge thanks to Junior, Andre, Pedro and Vinny, especially Junior who took my daughter under his wing and Pedro who entertained my son. The pool was huge and the only one in the world that actually had free loungers at almost any time of the day! The boat over to the beach was fun and the beach nice, with warmer water than the west coast. The room was a cheaper room, sunrise, and was spacious, well equipt and very clean. Plenty of hot water for showers and cleaners came every other day and did a wonderful job. I can only assume that people are expecting far more than they paid for, hand on heart, this is a great find."

"Parfait!! Que dire ? Les logements sont propres. Très pratique si on veut faire à manger sur place il y a déjà tout. Le plus c'est le transport gratuit jusqu'à la plage en bateau. La réception est accessible 24h/24 sans stress quand on doit arriver tard et partir tôt. Merci pour le séjour !! "

"We rented this place for five weeks in Jan/Feb. The apartment was uncomfortably cold and the heating units very noisy. No heater in the kitchen area. The one upstairs shower is unusable as an adult cannot fit through the door. There were a number of things in disrepair although property management was attentive when informed of defective or missing items. The unit was ok, but some work would need to be done to update this apartment before we would recommend it fully."
