Room was not as confirmed. Confirmation print out said there were 2 bathrooms and their web site described how good it was to have 2 bathrooms, there was only 1. Resort fee added at check in. Charged for 2 days when check in was after 8pm on Tuesday and check out at 10am on Thursday. Pool was closed on Tuesday eve. Pool deepest area was 3.5' and water was ice cold, not heated as advertised. Not one person in pool or lazy river. None of the outdoor water areas were useable because of the extremely cold water temperature. We were at the pool in the extremely hot afternoon. Website said heated pool.

Had to wait too long to check in at the front desk. Priority given to other guests in another check in line. Restaurant staff has never been trained properly. Will not go back!

Loved the lazy river pool! The pool grounds were great for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The rooms are above average with a nice big washroom with standing shower. The casino is nice and clean. Good buffet, but the best drinks and dinner is at the Cielo bar and restaurant on 27th floor. Great atmosphere and food. Start early and get some good happy hour discounts. We also suggest to register with their players club as it gives $5 discount at the butfet and off other food and drink purchases. Oh, and it's close to some great shopping at the Cabazon outlets.

Checking in was such a hassle. I booked through hotels.com and when I got to the front desk, they said they couldn't find my reservation so I had to wait nearly an hour for them to figure out what was going on. I spoke with the supervisor and she didn't apologize at all, she just kept blaming it on the fact that I booked with a third party. I found that very unprofessional for the hotel management. The couple next to me checking in had the same problem with their reservation as well. After checking in however, everything went very well. My room was clean, the buffet was great, ordering room service was fast and easy, the staff in the gift shop were very pleasant, and checking out was very simple. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I didn't let the problem from checking in ruin my weekend.
