“Rooms were clean, breakfast is excellent. We did have an issue with hot water in the shower but after 2days of stay we were moved to another room and everything was good. The beach is right across the hotel. Convenient store is right next to the hotel. Friendly staff.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Dawson’s Hideaway Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Miss Paula is incredibly kind, and her customer service is truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The owners and Miss Paula were super nice, sweet, and accommodating, always checking in to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. “I got to the hotel gave them my name and I was told that they didn’t have any booking for me I waited at the desk for over an hour I got upset and left. I returned back after getting the confirmation confirming my reservations and the manager then stated that they had a late check out and she would have to clean the room to get me checked in. I was then told that they could only accommodate me with one night stay when I booked for two nights. The next morning as I was checking out the manager……

“Kino at the Aviary was the BEST!!! Every team member was exceptional. There was an instance in the Casino where my husband was with our 7yo daughter walking through to get to the Sugar factory and one of the casino attendants was very nasty and rude to my husband in telling him that she(our daughter) couldn’t be there and she needed to go. She said this several times. This occurred this past Saturday evening. My husband had to explain to her that the way she spoke to him in front of our child……

“Pro tip: Owner should provide bottled water, coffee, and maybe offer late breakfast (home cooked) options on weekends. Be more accessible (late resp to Whatsapp communication) Also, definitely disclose that room is attached to house with direct door access!”
