Beautiful and Relaxing

Pros: Wonderful people, excellent customer service, beautiful grounds, great amenities,
Cons: Not that I can think of
Location: Excellent golfing nearby if you're into that, Beautiful beach with a little area for snorkeling,
This has been our third time staying at Fiesta Americana Los Cabos and we can't wait to go back and visit again next year. Beautiful hotel, friendly and excellent service, great food and nice variety of events and entertainment provided throughout the week. We always look forward staying here!!

Great all-inclusive hotel!

Location: Although the location of the hotel is sort of removed from the actually city, it was easy to schedule activities and outings with the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is fantastic and so attentive and accommodating. There were so many different restaurants to try and even with a five-day stay, we didn't get to try them all! The room was clean and very comfortable, we enjoyed taking a break from the heat during the day to lounge in bed and watch a movie or take a nap. I think you really get your money's worth with this all-inclusive resort!

Pros: Positives: 1. Major positive that we could swim and snorkel most of the days. They had reefs that was keeping big waves away. 2. Food was OK, some r
Cons: When it is over 90 F the only thing you want to do is jump in the pool and cool down, except the temperature of the pool was not even warm but HOT.
Negatives: 1. One major issue - when it is over 90 F the only thing you want to do is jump in the pool and cool down, except the temperature of the pool felt like you are in a jacuzzi, without exaggeration. 2. Would be better if elevators were air-conditioned. 3. Drinks could be better, they were almost OK. 4. The little creek was bringing a lot of algae and ruining the only swim-able small area. It was a pity to the crystal clear water being ruined. Could have been and easy solution to put put a filter or clean the algae area up the creek. 5. Would prefer to see more entertainment activities. 6. At least a small pool slide for the kids would have been very fun too. Positives: 1. Major positive that we could swim and snorkel most of the days. They had reefs that was keeping big waves away. 2. Food was OK, some restaurants (Argentinian and Italian) were good. Sushi was good too. 3. Staff was very friendly and nice. 4. Resort was well maintained.

Nice hotel beach

The staffs are ok, some of them were nice and friendly, but some of them didn't give us the "welcome" feel. The food was ok, would be better for the grade of this hotel. There is pretty much no entertainment for kids after 5 pm. Also, the room was smaller than what we expected. We enjoyed the most was the hotel beach, it is wonderful, water is very clear and you can even "swing with the fish"! this beach is definitely a "make up" for the staffs and food issues!

We had an amazing, relaxing stay at Gramd Fiesta. It is about 15 minutes north of downtown, but we enjoyed being in a more private location.

Nice hotel..good service and good food..

Close to beach, good restaurants .. Room service is not satisfactory. There is some delay with golf cart transportation to hotel lobby! Crews in the spa are well mannered and honest. I forgot my wallet and watch in the spa but I got it back intact next day. It was nice. Thank you to the spa members!
