The Place to Stay in CABO!

The hotel was GREAT! Everyone, from the front Door to the Wait Staff, Hostesses, Pool People,. . . . EVERYONE, was GREAT! We enjoyed all our time at the Arco. We were treated like Royalty!!! We did not want to come home.

Beautiful place but do ask to be moved if you

The hotel was beautiful and well kept except for the lot between the hotels. It was riddled with roosters which crowed all day and night. Making sleep somerhing of a luxury. As long you are fine with white noise you can stay in any room. Otherwise avoid the rooms located around 2108. The roosters are over the top! The view is of the swamp and the peddlers living in the open lot.

Very nice hotel, new and fancy - but over charge

Pros: Location, view, pools, staff
Cons: Charging $300-400 but make me pay $10 DAY a DEVICE for internet that barely works. Wanted me to pay $150 for internet services for few days. VERY BAD

Overpriced terrible view

Our beautiful room faced an open watery, sandy, run down looking lot with horses and chickens that crowed all night and loud dance music played until about 5 am. Very dissapointing for the price we paid. And you have to pay $150 more a night to get the ocean side rooms that don't face the dirty lot. Would never revisit for that price or recommend for anyone else to visit.

Great location

Had a king deluxe suite , was an amazing room . The grounds were very clean n lots of things to do . Great restaurants n bars

Ridiculous fees for extra person, front desk staff

When our family of five arrived at hotel to check into a one bedroom suite, we were told we would incur a $50 a night fee for having an extra person plus $21 a night for the extra bed. We thought this was an exorbitant amount for our young daughter and were surprised there was no mention of this since we included all our family member’s names in the reservation but agreed to pay it. But when we checked out, they added a 26% tax to these already high fees. It took almost a half hour for them to explain to me these taxes and we almost missed out flight. They basically said this was business but in my opinion it’s a terrible way to gauge customers and ensure they wouldn’t get our repeat business. Terrible way to leave customers after an otherwise pleasant stay.

Nice hotel close enough to downtown

The suite that I had was spacious and very clean. The washer and dryer came in handy for my workout gear. I like that I could walk down the beach to the mango deck and The Office. The people on the beach selling their wares and offering up massages, water sports etc are very persistent which is annoying. Overall great resort and I would stay there again

Great hotel right on Medano Beach

Hotel, staff and accomadations were great! Did not love that you had to get up at 6 am to reserve a chair by the pool with your towel. Otherwise yiu wouldn't get a chair:/. Other than that I loved this resort!

Wow, we were impressed.

This resort was incredible. Very friendly staff. Top of the line resturants. Although my friend ordered the rago beef from the Neptune Resturant and received a thin piece of greasy meat. Everything else was top notch. We bought the all inclusive and felt it was worth it. The elevator next to our room was out of order for 3 days. We had to walk to other end of building to use working one. These were the only negatives. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone.
