The location is very good, near old town but very quiet. We are satisfied with beds and bedding, very comfortable. My only complaint is the room very hot even we shut down.heat. In the morning we finally found small refrigerator generates heat.

Excellent experience
Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. It was our first time in Cáceres and we didn't know what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded by the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was really good, proteins, fruits, omeletes, breads, local delicacies and more. Friendly staff was helpful. We will certainly stay here in the future.

This hotel was a pretty standard feeling hotel, but in a great location to explore Caceres, which is a lovely little town and worth a visit (I had never heard of it before planning this trip, but it has tons of history and charm). The staff spoke little English, but had tons of patience for my little/ broken Spanish, so we got things worked out together, and they were more than willing to help me find my way around and make recommendations. The hotel is basic in appearance and amenities, but large, clean, and safe feeling. I would skip breakfast if I did it again, but the location is super convenient to great restaurants 5 minutes away. Also the parking on site was super helpful too.

Great place if you are traveling with a pet. The pet fee is reasonable and the pet policies are decent. Hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the central square, but feels nice and quiet. Staff is nice and friendly.

Great Stay
A wonderful hotel in the heart of Caceres. Clean, well located and elegant. The entire staff works hard to keep guests happy. Kudos to the breakfast staff for an excellent service. The Origen Restaurant is excellent as well.

Trying to be 4 star, but looks more like a 3 star
We reserved a Junior Suite which ended up being just a larger room. NOT a Suite. Amenities and Design elements were generally cheaper than expected in appearance. Instant coffee (only Decaf available) was terrible of quality and not even enough available for two cups. Spa seems to be closed more than it is open. not at all available while we were staying there. some nice elements and the staff was very helpful and friendly, but the property was a disapointment

Everything was great, except for the breakfast. They offer buffet and continental, but compared with the choices that we have had in comparable hotels at the same price was not so good, and the attention was not good, just one person who was too busy to assist the clients.

Lovely Hotel
Location is everything! Great hotel with cool art throughout. The parking is a bonus as it is a bit difficult to park near old town. You park in the garage under the hotel. Bed was a bit hard, but after lots of driving and walking, it was enough. I loved the toiletries. Breakfast was good.

Also, you ordered 4 dishes from our restaurant menu and you said, in a very bad way, they're weren't worthy. Some of them, very expensive, and despite of that we didn't charge you for any of them. The night you had dinner at the hotel, more than one hundred people were eating with us, from very diverse nacionalities, and all of them congratulated us for the quaility of the food. Used this hotel as an overnight stay on journey from Santander to Costa del Sol and it was excellent in every way. Was given my Hotels.com gold member free secure parking and room uprgrade without hesitation. Staff were all extremely professional and the covid 19 precautions in place were very reassuring (even the room cards and signing in pen are treated before use). Room was immaculately presented. Wish we had more time, would have extended our stay

Great hotel for location and service. One disappointment having searched for a hotel with spa facilities was that the spa came at a cost to guests which at eur25/couple for one hour is expensive and which was not stated in the details..

We got half-off on our stay, which made us somewhat less critical of the hotel. Had we stayed for full-price, I would say they need to work on the temperature of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. We found the bed very hard (though we loved the super king size!), and the room was very hot (we stayed in December) and we could not figure out how to get the temperature lower without opening the windows. The toilet in the bathroom is in a slightly weird position on an angle. But we were otherwise very comfortable and the location was great, with a safe, underground parking lot. It's definitely a nice place to stay!
