The staff was great, Noah made our check in simple and great. Very helpful! Everything about our 2 night stay was great and breakfast was better than most other hotels we have stayed in. We tend to only do a coffee at most other places but we did end up trying their breakfast and it was good. Different options both days for hot food and lots of cold options too. The ONLY thing I could complain about was water pressure wasn't the best in our shower, but it was not terrible. Over all I would go back and stay if I was in the Cadillac area.

Everything about our stay was great. This hotel has been remodeled in the last year and it showed. The room was clean and with a very quiet HVAC unit. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection of bread buns cereals, fruits and two waffle makers. The cost was extremely reasonable and the staff were very pleasant. The only tiny dent in an exemplary stay was that the room service had made up the bed with the top sheet 90° around the wrong way and so it was a little short, until I figured out with a chuckle what had happened and remade the bed. I highly recommend this property.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and polite. Breakfast was wonderful both mornings with a lot of variety. We have stayed here several times before and will do so again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Gentleman at check in was friendly and efficient. Parking was close. Elevators were readily available and in working order. Room was clean and large with comfy bed and pillows. Large fridge and microwave were great to have too! Great breakfast in the morning with lots of places to sit and eat. Short drive to ski area. Will come back for sure.

I booked this hotel over a less expensive hotel available in the area because it advertised a fitness center. When I went to use the facility, my key would not work. I was told by the front desk that it was closed because there were so many kids in the hotel. I then asked for a survey which was unavailable as well. While the hotel is clean and comfortable, they need to advertise truthfully. I certainly would not have this hotel if I’d known the exercise facility would be closed for my visit as there were cheaper options available.

I'm so sorry to hear that the Fitness Center access was not better communicated. The Fitness Center is open 24 hours, but for the safety of our underage guests, we choose to lock the room. We had several Hockey teams staying with us and made the decision last minute. The room was still accessible, but you needed to come to the front desk to be let in. We had posted a sign on the door, but apparently it was removed. We have come up with a better plan on how to communicate this with our guests. Thank you so much for your feedback, and we hope to see you gain.

Carl was very friendly the rest of the desk staff not so much. Kitchen was awesome and friendly. I can see you are still working on the facility. Keep up the good work. Linda in housekeeping was very good except on toilet paper. We had to get our own.

Other than the showers, the place made for a good place to crash after a day of playing on the slopes. The shower had next to no water pressure, so we felt like it was hard to wash off soap or shampoo.

This has always been our go to hotel when we go to Caberfae, room was comfortable and breakfast was great as always. There was no hot water in the room, it was lukewarm at best.

Very tired hotel. Needs major renovation. Could only get 5 TV channels despite front desk person talking us thru reboot process. Offered to send someone up but decided to just go to sleep. Horrible stain on carpet. Hope it was hot chocolate! Floor lamp by door didn’t work. Bed and bedding were cozy and nice.

The hotel is going through a remodel, but the staff is excellent. They were friendly, welcoming and did a great job of accommodating all the customers (hockey players were there) by keeping the "youngsters" on a separate floor.

They were in the middle of installing new carpet. We enjoyed the Great breakfast, The shower is small, a handicap bar was installed where you stand to take a shower. Overall we would stay here again.

You can tell this hotel is a bit older, but they have done a great job of keeping things clean and preserved. Coming off a not-so-clean-and-preserved stay at a Comfort Inn in Troy, MI, this was such a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center was clean and looked after, and the rooms are perfectly fine as well. Super close to the downtown Cadillac area and lake views all over. Happy with this stay!
