Barrosa Palace Spa, personal review.
Lovely hotel, good facilities, clean and located in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Staff friendly and helpful , food at the hotel excellent with good variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my first holiday in Spain, having visited the main ports as part of a meditaranean cruise. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes walk from the town centre,, though the surrounding area is picturesque to wander about. The hotel is part of a complex in the process of construction, not being to intrusive. The hotel is atypically well designed, spacious marbled bathroom, corridoors are well designed and the gymnasium well fitted. The Spa and Sauna facilities were

Gorgeous resort!
We had a wonderful stay at Hipotels Barrosa! The beach and outdoor pool are absolutely amazing and the staff were more than accommodating! Rooms were bright, new, comfortable and clean. The spa was nice but had very limited hours (only 3 hours in the morning and 3 in the afternoon), the spa services were booked the entire weekend we stayed so we weren't able to get in for anything, and the pools in the indoor spa were extremely cold. The weather was pretty cold so we were hoping for a hot tub or at least somewhat warm pool indoors but there weren't any. We also came in the off-season (March) so most of the bars and restaurants out in town were closed... even on a Saturday night! Great little bar and breakfast buffet at the resort though! Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay!

2 night stay whilst attending MotoGP at Jerez. Excellent service all round. Nature of our trip meant we didn't utilise the facilities but what we did use we were extremely satisfied. Very early checkout was completed with picnic boxes, service and beyond. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Very polite and cordial. Explained all the amenities and services to us. Had a very relaxing time at the spa. Enjoy it to the fullest. Will stay here in the future is we visit the area again. If the beds were a little softer it would be excellent.

Excellent hotel at a very nice location.
There is free WiFi in the rooms but the Hotel charges 4.30 Euro per day if you want to use the safe in the room. We found this a bit odd at a five star hotel. But we enjoyed our stay at Hippotels Barrosa Palace with its magnificent views of the Atlantic from one of the best locations south of Cadiz.

2 star claiming to be a 5- Save your money!
I reserved 2 rooms, asking for best view, a bottle of wine and cheese/fruit tray for rooms upon arrival. I asked at check-in if they had accomodated my request, and was told no. The rooms they put us in were as far away from the beach as possible, and were not even the bed type we asked for, with a minimal view of the water. My wife had to rinse mysterious black hair from the tub. I went back to reception to get moved, and was told they had no other rooms available, even though the parking lot was half empty, and we could see empty rooms on other wings. Reception told me they would have housekeeping put our twin beds together to make a king, but it never happened. We went to dinner, and were put in a corner, again with no view of the beach. We were the last table to leave after dinner, and had to walk back through the inside dining room with all the lights off. When back at the room, housekeeping had still not shown up to put the beds together. I called reception again, and magically they had a king room they would move us to, but it was now well after midnight, and I was not going to ask my guests to shuffle this late. In the morning, the hotel director basically called me a liar about my requests, and I had to pull up the reservations on my phone as proof of my requests. The service was horrible, do not expect your requests to be honored, and be prepared to be very disappointed. I am writing their corporate concerning my dis-satisfaction.

Tuvimos la sorpresa de un upgrade en la habitación (a junior suite) y estuvo fenomenal. El alojamiento está muy bien, con un montón de servicios y espacios muy agradables en todas las instalaciones del hotel. Lo que menos nos gustó el restaurante El Enebro, precio caro para un restaurante a la carta en un hotel 5* La calidad del servicio flojo y la comida no esta acorde con la categoría de un 5 *

La estancia ha sido exelente a pesar de los tres dia de levante que hemos tenido pero bueno con amabilidad de todos los profesionales que teneis ha sido masllevadero gracias.... Ah.bueno una cosita no entiendo como despues de comer como es mi caso. He pedido varias veces un chupito de jb rojo osea normal como se puede cobrar 7.50 no pensais que es una barbaridad y no hay error an sido en varias ocasiones..

Blev modtaget med tilbud om et glas Cava ved ankomst. Fantastisk modtagelse. Da hotellet er stort er det en fordel at blive vist vej til værelset. Dejlig rummelig værelser med gode faciliteter. Pool område er skønt med sti til stranden hvor der er hotel café. Morgen buffe er uovertruffen.

Fabulous hotel in Novo Sancti Petri
We came for the beaches and just to relax and ended up at Barossa after a botched reservation at a different hotel. Let me say we did not regrett it. This is one of our topp 2 hotels that we have stayed at in Spain. The level of service from checkin, houskeeping, restaurant and bar personell to the time we has to check out. 100% all the time. The breakfast and dinner buffet is well worth paying extra for. The total experience was so good that we opted to extend our stay. Our warmest recomendation for this hotel. Thanks for a great experience and we will be back!

El estado general del hotel es correcto pero las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas. Lo peor fue el trato recibido por la recepcionista. Tampoco se entiende que no haya servicio de habitaciones después de las 12,00 en un hotel de supuestos 5 estrellas. Nos dieron una habitación sin vistas al mar cuando el hotel estaba medio vacío

Luxuriöses Strandhotel mit Wohlfühlservice
Durch die natürliche Freundlichkeit schon beim Empfang in Deutsch fühlte man sich direkt "zu Hause".Ich hatte gleich am ersten Tag große Probleme mit meinem Mietwagen.Ohne die enorme Hilfsbereitschaft des Rezeptionspersonals (besonders Antonio) wäre ich als alleinreisende Frau ohne Spanischkenntnisse völlig "aufgeschmissen" gewesen. Auch in 5* Hotels habe ich kaum jemals so reichhaltige und qualitatv hochwertige Buffets zum Frühstück und Abendessen gesehen.Sehr angenehm war, dass man beim Abendessen einen festen Tisch hatte,egal ob man um 19:00 oder erst um 20:30 Uhr kam. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr gepflegt und entspannt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut, sodass die große Anzahl an Stammgästen nicht verwundert. Auch ich war sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Ein kleines Einkaufscenter mit Supermarkt, Apotheke, Autovermietern, Shops und eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

el colchón duro, la habitación nos la dieron la más lejana al ascensor, aún sabiendo que tenía problemas respiratorios, al irnos escuché a una recepcionista decirles a unos clientes nuevos, que les llevarían las maletas a la habitación, a nosotros no nos lo propusieron, aún sabiendo que mi marido era el único que podía transportarlas.
