Clean hotel if you want to stay for a night.
Room was clean, spacious but no amenities like Water boiler, Tea, Coffee etc. Plenty of parking outside which is why we stayed here. Bit far away from city centre but I guess nothing to see in Jerez. We stayed on our way to Cedez

My first night at the hotel wasn't pleasant because I couldn't connect to the wifi internet. I complained to them 4 times that evening. They repeatedly telling me they had reset the wifi. The answer I wanted to hear was that allow us to change your room to a location with better connectivity. The next day i complained to the manager and he responded he will look into it. I returned around kate afternoon to find out that the hotel agent knew nothing about my complaint. Lack of communication. The agent changed my room and I had no issues with my wifi connection. The hotel was clean and the rates were reasonable. This hotel isn't for someone who needs to do business but only used for a place to sleep.

A rest for the weary travellers!
Hotel was lovely and very easy to find. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and airy and we had a lovely view overlooking the stadium. My only complaint is the food! They have a 24 hour cafe but they only serve fresh food at breakfast time and that was disappointing. We were told that the restaurant opened from 8.30pm to 10.30pm so we waited for it to open - expecting some fresh food. However when we came down to dinner it was the same menu as the 24hr cafe and nothing was fresh. It is a pity as everything else was top notch

Clean, comfortable hotel for a very reasonable price. Rooms quite modern and in good condition! Slightly away from town centre, attached to football stadium.

Easy parking
A good hotel close to the tourist sights in Jerez with enough free parking on site and nearby to make it easy to park our rental car. We arrived after a long day and enjoyed the 24 hour cafeteria service that enabled use to have a beer and satisfactory pizza in our room. Breakfast the next morning was very good. The room was clean, new, and quiet.

Dated and characterless. Reception staff helpful.
The whole hotel cannot be considered modern, for example, the TV was circa 1980. The pillows were too high and despite our request for a cot none was provided. The "restaurant" served only pasta, pizza or hot dog style food. Something microwave-able. The waiter eventually arrived after several visits to the dining room without acknowledging clients or seeking eye-contact. Only to depart again carrying one empty plate each time. Estimated time to service - 20 mins. The waiter then disappeared again at bill time for 20 mins so I left a note on the table. I travel a lot for work (poss. 2-3 days per week) and it was an ok hotel but not good.

Awful and expensive 3 days
My room was 214 and the side of a fire door, which for some reason was being constantly used. Extremely loud and constant banging! In addition the music and repetitive voice tannoy in the stadium was overbearing and constant. Worst sleep if one to two hours is considered sleep! The room was extremely cold and malfunctioning air con left me using additional blankets! Although staff were polite they didnt welcome my complaint or understand or try to move me! As a result i stayed in alternative place for two days considering i spent 135 this was awful!!! Ref 424872371 i wouldnt repeat my stay

Interesting hotel built into a football stadium.
The hotel was relevantly clean and quiet, and the staff were, all in all, very friendly. Facilities were o.k., but nothing special. The biggest issue is that it isn't very close to the centre of Jerez.

Pleasant hotel. Stayed for nights and had a lovely. Gym facilities are not that great but I only used them as I had the spare time, if I was on holiday it wouldn't be something I would look to use. Breakfast good, staff helpful. Wanted to stay another two nights but it was circa £150 a night which I think it too much so stayed elsewhere.

Good service, good price!
We stayed for one night, on way south from Seville, to do a sherry tour. Easy to find if you've got satnav or a street map, but quite a long walk from the centre. Warm welcome and rooms ready even at midday! (Some hotels make you wait until after 2pm!) Our rooms , 405 and 406, overlooked the sports stadium - fantastic viewpoint for an event. Very comfortable beds, clean, minimalist bathroom with shower over bath. Reception staff very helpful and informative regarding the sherry tours, all or which are a moderate walk away. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food, but they advertise a 24 hour menu choice for around €7.50. In brief, excellent value for money in a very acceptable environment .

This H2 hotel is a good value for the price. I would recommended it for a quick stay in Jerez. The rooms are well equipped, breakfast buffet included had a nice variety of quality food.

the hotel has a great view of the soccer stadium that it is connected to. guests can have a snack or drink from the cafe and step out on to the patio to watch the game. there are several bars around the satdium and a main shopping center a short walk from the hotel. access to the airport was fast and affordable by taxi. be sure to try the jamon iberica with a glass of fino

Modern
The hotel was modern and well kept, particularly if you are a soccer fan and come to a game, since it is part of the stands. It is somewhat distant from the historic center and is practical if you have a car.

Todo perfecto servicio recepción bien está bien para entrar y salir de Jerez a otros sitios cómodo las almohadas un poco blandas para el gusto general de la familia por lo demás bien no hay problema de aparcamiento a las afueras
