Really liked and felt safe, I was alone and they would check any guests ID coming in after you so there’s no risk of a stranger following you. Staff were also really nice and friendly

Stay here!
Friendly, warm, staff that remained so for our 9 day stay!! Highly recommend this hotel, the lovely balcony, excellent cleaning staff and front desk staff.

Nice clean hotel big towels were nice. The breakfast was good and convenient. The soaps are too small, it would be better to have refillable liquid soap dispensers.

Good for some people, not for others
Good hotel with a location near the beach. This hotel is a 20 minute walk to old town and most of the attractions but there is a bus service available to mitigate that. Hotel was extremely quiet. Would rank this hotel 4/5 if not for a mosquito issue which may have been specific to our room. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap hotel near the beach with nice rooms and don't care so much about not being within a 10 minute walk of all the attractions, this hotel is worth a look.

El hotel está muy bien situado y el personal es muy agradable. Limpio y bien atendido. Hay muchos cafés y lugares donde comer alrededor. Está muy cerca de la playa. Aunque no está situado en el centro histórico hay un par de líneas de autobuses con las que llegar rápidamente al centro. También se puede ir caminando si se quiere llegar a la catedral dando un agradable paseo por el paseo marítimo de unos 40 minutos. El hotel proporciona aparcamiento en un parking con una tarifa especial por día.

Nice stay in the Regio cadiz
This hotel is really well located in the main avenue of Cadiz city. It is literally 3 minutes from a magnifiecient beach and has taxis near to and the main public bus service. The area is full of bars, cafes and in a shor distance some good restaurants.

Location was convenient with parking at E10/day just down the road, grocery store and coffee/breakfast places across the street, and restaurants and beach a couple of blocks away. Do note that historic center is near, but is still a bus-ride away. Hotel and staff were nice, but rooms a bit susceptible to noise.

Very convenient to the beach and a decent walk to the old town. Hotel was comfortable and clean. No bar or restaurant but plenty of them within a vwry short walk.

Surprisingly nice comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood. Very conveniently located to all spots as a bus stop within 50 feet connects you to the center of town. Highly recommendable

The room we got was murkier than the ones shown on the pictures. Bed was solid but although we asked, they were not able to accommodate us in a room with a double bed, only in a room with 2 single beds. The shower head was broken and the water was spraying all over the place. Breakfast was average at best, I’d recommend the little bakery on the other side of the street

Does the trick well
Stayed here for 2 nights, it’s very convenient. Supermarkets just a few minutes away, bus stop to city center and train station is just 2 minutes away, beach is just a few minutes away. Breakfast was more than sufficient, would definitely recommend.

Good, clean, hotel, breakfast wasn't included in the deal I had, but at €8 for all you can eat with a really wide choice, it was excellent. Able to get a really good night sleep on a comfortable bed.

Tiny room
the first room we checked into was the smallest room I had ever seen. You had to walk sideways around a queen size bed and a very small shower. After speaking to the front desk we were moved the following day to a much larger room with a balcony. The hotel was very clean and the service staff was friendly with a good location.

Serious cleaning issues
Breakfast was full of flies, host doesn't smile and keep staring at guests while they are eating. Room cleanliness wasn't great also, we used same towels for all week.

Good value in Downtown Cadiz
The breakfast room was stocked with some non-standard items and was well attended/replenished by a very pleasant staff member. Checkout was extremely quick and easy. For a downtown location on a main street, our room was surprisingly quiet at night.

Simple 3 Star hotel 30 minutes walk from City
Room was very basic, small & oddly shaped, Spanish style. It had towels, a small empty bar fridge, a glass in the bathroom and nothing else. Learnt to expect no hot water makers (jugs) etc but it was very sparse. Fridge was appreciated. Only stayed 3 nights, so to save resources & importantly privacy, i left the Do Not Disturb sign up permanently (& hung my towels). This did not stop them from entering my room the first 2 mornings to clean it - i came back to get something i forgot and it was occupied by a cleaner. VERY ANNOYED at breach of privacy & changing of towels etc when not required. Plus as stated earlier their wass nothing to replace and room so small didn't need ckeaning. However shower worked, bed was a double (not 2 singles) and from memory ok air con. Nice window, luckily with blinds as when opened you where visible to the nieghbouring WIFI signal was very bad, ended up either in the lobby or outside to get connection. Room was good 30 minute walk to Cadiz City, and 20 minutes before the first Gate. However it was only a block over from the beach, so i generally walked the beach to and from the City. It wasn't a room you'd want to spend time in. Can't fault cleaniness other than the invadion of my privacy. The day i checked out i put an hand written note on the door asking them to stay away until checked out. Bus station (& hospital) nearby and distance to city kept me out of the room largely. Suitable for short stay 1 person. Staff not very inviting.

Just needed a room for the night. Location OK, easy to get a bus into centre of Cadiz. Bathroom was rather strange - the wc and bidet were directly opposite each other with only about 4" between them, made using the loo pretty awkward!
