Staff were very helpful, and good-humoured too. Getting the bath/shower sorted was a slight obstacle course. Location is ideal. Wondwrful area.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Unpleasant stay
This is not a 4 Star hotel by any standard. Presenting it as such is just misleading. Cleanliness of bathrooms is the biggest concern. We had to change our travel plans and leave earlier because of how unpleasant our stay was. Management had no interest in concerns raised. The hotel has a good location, but that is pretty much it. There are much better options around.

Nice 1 night in Cadiz
Hotel is small, but offers all the nice emenaties of a larger hotel. Being at the beach the room seemed to have sand on the floor. Great near by restaurants

Clean and modern
Pros: -tidy, virtually on the beach, very nice people - very good breakfast Cons: - expensive offsite parking, although very close (€16/day, €25/2 days or €90/15 days); might be an European thing happening here, but if I am going to a hotel on a job I expect to have parking - not only the price, but the hassle too is annoying - no restaurant, just a cafeteria - after a 12 hrs day I don't like looking around for a place to eat, but this might just be me

Wonderful beach and spa
The hotel is on a lovely beach. There are plenty of good restaurants very close by. The best part of the hotel is the spa. You book it by the hour and you have it all to yourself - hot tub, sauna, etc. We also had amazing pedicures. The spa facilities are very, very nice.

Very disappointing. Difficult to find parking garage (ended up parking at the wrong garage). Impossible to get a taxi from this location. Restaurant next door with very bad service.

Dear Arnaus. We have a public parking with discount in the door. Taxi stop just in the same square and the restaurant is not our. You just valued us for external services. We think that it is not just for our personal and our Hotel.

Great value in Cadiz
Was spending an overnight stay in Cadiz with my wife and we booked this hotel because of rating and price. We were not disappointed.I was apprehensive on entering the bedroom on the first floor facing the plaza but there was no noise in the room even on a Saturday night.Staff were most helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is very well situated and we went for a walk along the boardwalk on the beach on Sunday morning.

Lo más destacado de la estancia, además de la privilegiada ubicación en plena Playa Victoria, fue el confort de las habitaciones. La calidad de la cama y la tranquilidad de la habitación aseguran un buen descanso. Staff muy amable y simpático. Tienen acuerdo con el parking de la plaza, lo cuál es muy conveniente. Cerca de bares, restaurantes y la playa.

Excelente hotel en la ciudad de Cádiz. Nos encantó su ubicación cerca de Playa Victoria y a solo unos minutos del casco histórico. Todo su personal muy amable y cordial. Su personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a darnos una buena recomendación sobre los lugares a visitar, sus playas y restaurantes. Muy limpio el hotel y la cama muy cómoda. A mi familia y a mi nos encanto y volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel si visitamos Cádiz en otra oportunidad.

It is rated as a 4 star hotel. It is not even 3 star. Small rooms, small televisions, old and torn bed sheets. No amenities. Even soap was little. Nice peoples. Well located. Poor breakfasts

472/5000 Have you really been staying at our hotel? The bedding is new, we have all kinds of amenities (soap and aloe vera shampoo, comb, slippers, female kit, male kit, shower cap, etc). As for breakfast, you could have indicated your preferences, since the English breakfast, we have it complete (bacon, beans, eggs, sausages ...) apart from the Spanish variety, fruit, sausages, pastries ... We feel that everything has been so bad for you.

A Visit to Cádiz!
There was no air conditioning. It was very hot in January! Christine at the desk was very helpful. The hotel is nice and clean. Restaurants in the area did not have English menus!
