“Cats was the problem for me. They let two cats roam where they please, even jumping on the tables while your drink is there. And the worse thing was they let them in the breakfast area. Cereal was on the bar area and the cats were jumping onto the bar next to milk, cereal, cutlery, disgusting.”

“My experience was very bad for reasons no guest should ever have to go through. After spending a few days in Bath, I stayed at this hotel to visit the city of Cardiff. The location is excellent and the food as well, but you cannot leave your belongings or personal items in the room unless you store them very securely. On my first day there, one of the housekeeping employees made one of my souvenirs disappear. I had just spent a few days in Bath and bought a souvenir at the Christmas market. I...
