“The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views , the staff are friendly, very helpful and efficient. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was a very large and beautiful room and quiet- especially for a hotel. There are two things that let the hotel down , no food after a certain time in the evening seems strange to me , most places serve until 10pm at least and there is a mention of 24 hour room service but there was no menu in our room (That we could find anyway) and when we asked……

“Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with more pillows but that was a personal preference and could have been addressed if I had asked for more so no reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. Items were replenished quickly and staff very efficient. Only complaint would be that there was not always someone at the welcome desk when assistance was required but when there was someone they were very helpful.”

“It's on a spectacular road of large Victorian houses & the room I stayed in was in keeping: it was large & high ceilinged. It & its shower room were very very clean. The welcome was helpful & friendly. I hope to stay again in the near future.”
