An overall acceptable experience given this is a 3 star property. Staff are courteous enough, some make the extra effort. Pity that the experience which was otherwise pleasant was spoilt by the refusal at reception to credit me the BW Reward points, because I had booked via Expedia. After a phone call to Expedia, they called the Hotel, and I threatened to call BW HQ, the Manager agreed to credit my points and a "Goodwill". Given that I am a Diamond level member, giving them approx 50 nights a year, there should have been no "Goodwill effort" required. For the rest, all ok. Location needs a lot of walking, as it's not central to anything. Taxis are expensive, and they charge from wherever they start to come pick you up. Take care, another thing the hotel could help avoid, or at least tell us about. They are good at sticking to the rules, but superficial in their customer relations. Apart from two individuals who actually demonstrate a clear willingness to make a difference.
