Good hotel
Good hotel close to the centre of Oristano, with a parking garage. Friendly staff. It's a good place if you want to explore the wider area, it's easy to get on the motorway, or equally easy to walk into town.

The hotel was very basic. The room was small and bare. The bed was fine but the pillows were flat & uncomfortable. There were no tissues in the room. The breakfast buffet was good.

Average hotel with poor air conditioning in rooms. Not the hotels fault, but there is a taxi problem in Oristano - no taxis on Sunday so if you arrive by train good luck! And taxi dictates the time they will pick you up, not what is convenient to you. Some staff very helpful, others sour!

Swimming pool not available. Good breakfast. Coffee is so so. Bed was unstable and my friend fell out in the middle of the night.

Good mid range hotel
Nice hotel. Rooms a little tired but clèan and comfortable. Breakfast good. Free underground parking. Close to city centre . Nice poolbut poool closed for two hours in afternoon which not good when you want a swim

Good food, ok stay
Decent location, mainly chose hotel for convenience of parking garage. The restaurant has good food and is great for dinner, although was not informed that could get booked up, so one night had to venture out on windy and rainy night for other option. The bed was ok, could use a mattress pad, as not very soft and could feel the two beds connected together.

Lovely central hotel witn nice restaurant
mistral2 is easy to find, has free undergound parking (so no trying to park like italians on street!) Room was large with big bed, a safe, plenty of space and hangers for clothes, hooks for coats. Restaurant was rather bright but had varied large menu with local specialities. All staff wore masks, our temperature was checked on arrival and before going into restaurant . Easy walking distance into town for food and sites. Oristano itself is quite small but has plenty of places ot eat and drink and easy to get to Tharros, though Alghero is a bit of a long day. Take main roads-its longer distance but much easier driving! Sardinia has v windy roads over moutnains and along coast which take much longer than you think.

Nice hotel.
We really liked Hotel Mistral2. Very friendly staff, all the staff show alot of pride in their work, great breakfast, nice pool and a great bar. Really enjoyed it. Would come back again.

Good hotel for great price
Considering what I’ve seen at Olbia, this hotel deserves 6 stars. Check in was great, lady at the desk has spoken great level of English. Room was clean and breakfast excellent. I’ve appreciated car parking. Would recommend to anyone.

Ok For A Night
We stayed one night in this hotel, choosing it for the location. The reception area and rooms were functional and rather like many business hotels I have stayed in over the years. Comfortable for a brief stay. The lifts seemed very slow and struggled to keep up with the number of floors versus the number of guests. Breakfast time was like a war-zone. There were far too few staff to clear tables, replenish glasses, plates or food from the buffet. The place looked wrecked with barely anywhere to sit without piles of dirty plates from previous occupants of the table. We grabbed a few scraps of what ever food was left and departed as quickly as possible.

Walking distance to downtown with some issues
Big hotel close to downtown. A bit worn off, although the room was very clean. The breakfast a bit of a deception (machine coffee, not from expresso), saved by a freshly pressed real orange juice (the only one of our trip!). Very little parking places, practically impossible to park there unless you do it very early in the day, but you can park on the street. The most important negative point was that the (central) air conditionner was cut off during the night (somewhere between 2 and 4~5 AM), rising the room temperature to uncomfortable levels (it was a hot day the day before, but pretty common for Italy).

On the other hand, we regret that you didn't like coffee. We have coffe from automatic machine and the Illy coffee from the bar, depending on the taste of everybody. Relating to the parking we have our private garage and the possibility to park depends on availability. Moreover, we are very sorry for the problem with air conditioning. Our system is automatic and it switches off during night. Anyway you could ask the reception to switch on again. Our staff is always at your disposal. Nice clean modern hotel, well situated for the centre. Supermarket just round the corner. Very good wifi. Safe under hotel car park. Large room, with all mod cons. Food at hotel was good, but the service in the restaurant was not up to the same standard, possibly because a coach party arrived at the same time as us. Would stay here again, no problem.

Disappointing
I stayed one night only, and still I had a bad impression. Starting with the man at the reception trying to hold my passport during the night as his copier was not working, and he was no happy when I say no (who leave passports like this?). I was with my wife and our booking was made months before, still they put us in a room with two single beds. The WIFI was terrible and the breakfast not special. I would not recommend this place.

Lovely hotel
We stayed here for 1 night, on arrival the hotel was easy to find with a satnav and had an underground carpark with easy access. The hotel looked new, and the hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly and spoke English and provided an excellent service. The hotel had a small pool with sun loungers to use, and towels to hire for a 2 euro charge. The room had mini bar, safe and air conditioning and was very clean. The breakfast was good with hot food available in addition to the continental breakfast and fresh fruit. Oristano town was approximately a 10 minute walk with plenty of restaurants available to eat in.

Lovely stay in Hotel Mistral 2...The staff were friendly & welcoming. Everybody was so helpful & pleasant to deal with at all times. We enjoyed our 2 nights in Oristano so much that we stayed an extra night.

Nice business hotel with excellent restaurant.
We chose this hotel because of the location and parking garage. It was a short walk to the interesting old town. The good food and service in the hotel restaurant were much appreciated, as we were too tired to go out for dinner after our day of sightseeing.

Convenient Stay

A place to sleep
The hotel was not far from the town centre and near to local restaurants. The room was clean and tidy and of an adequate size. The staff were not as friendly as the other hotels we stopped in but did what they needed to do. The area did not have much going for it so would say the hotel was adequate but the area was not of much interest.

I stayed for only one night so it's not easy to judge. The hotel overall is ok. The only thing I noticed and it's not minor is that even though the sheets on the bed were clean, they had some holes (small ones)... Didn't say anything but the impression was obviously not the best one. Breakfast was very good though. Shower was also good. But the A/C seemed to be working properly. It has a touch-screen system from which you can select the temperature. Given that the room was hot, I chose 18°C... but nothing changed... also you can't choose the fan speed so that should be checked...

We loved our time in Mistral 2, the staff were very helpful and friendly and very accommodating for our baby's needs. Plan to go back next September and will definitely be staying in Hotel Mistral 2.

Location, location. location...
The hotel was as expected for a hotel of its class and ranking. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the best feature was the location. It was a five minute walk to the town centre and easy to drive to from wherever we travelled (Monte Ferru, Torre Grande, Is Arutas).

Really good value for money and pleasant stay!
Good stay, really good value for money. Simple and pleasant stay. Lovely swimming pool and the staff were always very polite. Parking was good to have. Overall clean,tidy and relaxing stay.

Does not feel like 4 star really
We had a very small room at this hotel witj a very small bed. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child so could not figure out why we got such a small room. The bed was only 140 cm wide. The AC was turned off a couple of hours each night. The breakfast was really poor. Just sugar/carbohydrates. Cheap cheese, ham and sugar and chocolate cereals is not our kind of breakfast expected at a 4 star hotel at this price.
