Lovely old town room
Beautiful room in a great walkable location. Beautiful breakfast and excellent service. Shower was tiny and had to wait for hot water. We got lucky and found a parking spot on the street.

Great location, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Street parking wasn’t easy but out of season we were able to find free parking within 5 mins walk.

We had a good stay, staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty. However, the air con was leaky and therefore had to have window open and unfortunately there was noise in the early hours outside.

Nice hotel, close to bars and restaurants

The hotel was great and the breakfast too, but our room was overlooking a busy street with a bar that was incredibly noisy till 4am so we got almost no sleep. Perhaps just bad luck being there on a Saturday but there was no soundproofing for the window and we think it needs it!

Good location
Good location-walk downhill into Cagliari. Friendly staff, good wifi signal. Difficult to find entrance due to current roadworks and some noise from roadworks audible in room. Room clean and comfortable but basic. Dark-not helped by shutters and dark furniture. I did not choose breakfast but it was 5 euros extra and cold buffet-looked simple but varied.

Extremely well managed and very comfortable.
Sa Domu Cheta is family owned and operated and absolutely charming, with amazing breakfasts, wonderful coffee and juice and homemade breads and pastries. It is situated in the hillside above the square and the Old Port, so extremely convenient as well.

Worth a look in Cagliari
We stayed in Sa Domu Cheta in the heart of Cagliari for 3 nights. We had a problem to check-in as no one was at the hotel, which required phoning a second telephone number pasted on the door of the hotel to get someone to come - we were told this problem was an exception. The hotel breakfast was the best that I have had in Italy with fresh and homemade foods. The shower was not only tight, but very low because it is built into a stone alcove. Self-parking is very difficult as spots (enclosed with white lines) are in high competition.

Great stay
Just a quick one night stay, the hotel is very cozy, rooms are clean, and staff is very friendly. I would definitely book this hotel again, was very well situated within the city, and you could walk to everything.

A nice B&B with rich breakfast, highly service minded personnel in a good central location. Minuses: 1. tiny room - we are a four person family and our room had one double bed and one sofa bed. And these two completely filled up the room. 2. The shower - impossible to take a shower without floding the bathroom. 3. The view - inexistant, i.e. all windows towards a narrow backyard. The above explains the low rating of "Room comfort".

Stylish B&B rooms close to centre
I had an extra night to stay in Cagliari after a trip across Sardinia before catching so was looking for a good value guest house fairly close to the centre of town - Sa Domu Cheta certainly provided that. Although the hotel is located in a somewhat obscure side street the interior is very well maintained and retains some historical features such as wooden beams and window shutters. Staff were very helpful, good breakfast with individual service

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Room comfortable, quiet and clean. breakfast good choice and quality. Shame Sky had no English language channels! Sign over front door faded, so difficult to see. Would have been helpful to have better signage for entrance and check in.

Impressive spread for breakfast!
Our first visit to Calgiari so we didn't know what to expect. Hotel in central position, v near church of Sant'Efisio (starting point of annual May procession which we were privileged to watch) with all historic parts of city within easy walking distance. We received a friendly welcome, good room with character at back of house, overlooking street but surprisingly quiet. Nobody with really fluent English but we were able to understand each other! We'd be happy to go there again.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre ville. Les restaurant sont a proximité, 100 mètres. Nous avons trouvé à chaque fois une place de parking dans la rue en face du jardin botanique 200 mètres

una bellissima scoperta
Un b&b veramente bello nel cuore di Cagliari, a ridosso del corso.La struttura è completamente ristrutturata, la stanza molto carina è delle giuste dimensioni con un bagno pulitissimo completo di ogni comfort. La proprietaria Monica mi ha mandato tutte le indicazioni per l'accesso e ha preparato un'ottima colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente, sicuramente prenoterò ancora in questa struttura per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Cagliari.

Una bella scoperta.
Mi sono trovato nella condizione di dover cambiare i miei programmi e ho prenotato all'ultimo minuto, fortunatamente mi sono imbattuto in questo B&B. Si trova praticamente in centro a due passi da tutto. Ho trovato un ottima accoglienza e la camera ben arredata è molto confortevole! Unico neo l'insonorizzazione interna non è fantastica. La colazione al costo aggiuntivo di 5 euro è varia con prodotti buoni ed è sicuramente da fare. Una bella scoperta buon rapporto qualità prezzo, lo terrò sicuramente presente la prossima volta.
