The room was nice but a little dusty. The Staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall my stay was very pleasant

Halloween Weekend Stay

My husband and I just traveled to St. Louis for the weekend and this hotel was perfect for us. Close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was spacious and the hotel is really close to St. Louis the drive is easy. Breakfast is okay and this is pretty much all the positives. The hotel is really dirty. The first room they put us in had a lot of dust everywhere. The bathroom had hair on the floor, urine on the outside of the toilet bowel (not ours, by the way), and a lot of dust. At our request, they put us in another room. The bathroom looked a little better, but the dust everywhere was a theme. The water in the pool was okay (chili but okay), but everything else seemed dirty or dirty-stained. The air outlet was filthy was dust. The service was not good either. The people were not mean, but they lack good professional hospitality. Our toilet bowel clogged and overflew; somebody came fast to fix it, but it took nearly two hours and three front desk calls for housecleaning come and clean everything. Internet wireless connection was also bad. I do not recommend this hotel, you’ll be better paying a little bit more somewhere else.

RUN AWAY!

I booked two nights before arriving around 2am. Once there, I was advised to stay elsewhere, because that area was so dangerous. The hotel wouldn't refund me and I still had to reserve two nights in a different hotel.
