“I stayed here prior to and after a Salkantay trekking experience. I was blown away by the fantastic hospitality shown to me by Miguel. I received a complimentary airport pick up and as well as a couple of bottles of complimentary drinking water. I was able to get a kettle in my room upon request, which I greatly appreciated. Miguel was very responsive to any questions I asked during my stay and booked a taxi for me to the airport upon concluding my time in Cusco. I highly recommend staying here.……

“The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“當天才被告知，被安排到另一間飯店Quechua Plaza Hotel，其實就是Hotel Qarmenqa。 入住的當下，房間根本沒準備好，所以被安排另一間房間。 結果該房間的衣櫃和浴室還有別人的物品，本來不以為意，但到了晚上時，飯店人員來敲門，結果那間房間根本是別人還沒退房的房間。”

“This hostel is run by two brothers. I stayed for four nights. On the fourth night, after returning from Rainbow Mountain, I found my door ajar. Clearly, someone had entered. I never expected anyone to enter without my knowledge, especially when my personal items were exposed. I was shocked and disturbed. That night, I confronted the younger brother, Alexander. Though we'd spoken in English before, he suddenly pretended not to understand and used Google Translate, clearly stalling. He finally……

“Yövyimme hotellissa pari yötä vaelluksen jälkeen ja täällä pääsimme hyvin rentoutumaan rankan viikon jälkeen. Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista, aamupala erinomainen ja sijainti täydellinen. Huoneesta ja aamupalatilasta oli upeat näkymät kaupungille. Ei mitään moitittavaa tästä majoituksesta! ”

“O café da manhã era gostoso, tem a opção de ovos fritos na hora. Caso precise sair mais cedo para os passeios, eles oferecem lunch box. A localização do hotel é muito boa e a hospitalidade também. Os quartos eram limpos diariamente e a equipe sempre cordial para atender nossas necessidades, inclusive com compressas de água quente para aliviar a dor dos passeios de trekking. Recomendo a estadia!”

“Me preocupaba un poco el que alguien había dicho que su habitación fue ruidosa, pero definitivamente no fue el caso. No sé si tuvo que ver el que nos dieran una habitación en la sección más nueva del hotel, pero en ningún momento me pareció que la calle fuese ruidosa. El personal es excepcionalmente amable. “The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”

“Location is good, many restaurants around. Staffs are nice and helpful expecially Rosy. She is good in English and help me a lot no matter on call taxi, Flight booking confirmation and online check in. I am very appreciate since I don't know any Español. Since we will facing some noise around because there are some people will wake up at around 4am due to they may join some Inca Trail tour or some other local tour. But that is not the problem caused by Hotel itself. Of course, this……

“I really enjoyed staying at that hotel. I ended up staying in two different rooms, both rooms were spacious (more like suite style) and unique, the second time around we got a view of the city, good shower pressure in the bathroom, and really kind staff. If I ever go to Cusco again, I will come back to this hotel. ”
