Pubic hairs, crumbs and a piece of rice on clean bed linen and pillows. Dirty couch with visible brown stains. Dead moths on wall and ceiling. Old bathroom with shower door missing. Thank god was only for one night before flying out of Cairns.

Was a nice quiet and clean room . The Tv was good but a little small for the size of the room but did the job ,would have been good to sit on the couch and not always on the bed to watch tv but wasn't able as the couch is on the same side as the tv. everything else was great .

Car parks right at doors. Can hear every car leaving from 4 am. Can hear people walking on second floor. Not the place if you want to sleep in a bit. Water in shower just goes hot/cool/hot/ cool.

It is close to the City Centre and within easy walking distance to the esplanade. Easy access from main highway. No traffic noise. Easy walking distance to many take-away food outlets.

hotel ok ,aging though,chinese restaurant annex serving cantonese style food quality and portions ok but a bit bland,quiet surroundings,close to the beach area,plenty of eateries around

The room was terrible. The area felt unsafe. The Queensland Police Service sticker on the back of the bathroom door reminding us to lock up and not walk around at night was not very comforting. No windows in the room and it felt like we were staying in a dungeon. Room old and outdated. Bed was also uncomfortable.

This property is very old and rundown. The office doubles as a travel agency. I would not stay here again.

The room was ok. Comfortable bed. Needs shower curtain, water was going on the floor. Toilet did not flush properly. No bath mat, had to use towel. No wine glasses.

an issue is with the bedsheets. my partner and I found the bed comfy, however our sleep was disturbed as the bottom bed sheet did not fit the bed. it constantly crumpled up and made the sleep very uncomfortable.

This property was well located. There is an on-site restaurant which we tried but didn’t like the meals we had and thought it was expensive. The room was clean but basic. The shower in our room was a deep bowl design which we found (as seniors) a bit tricky. Friendly staff, easy check-in.
