Comfortable hotel near the wharf

Pros: Room
Cons: Facilities and Staff
Location of the hotel is very convenient but at the same time noisy. Comfortable within the room, but not the same experience in the common areas. Was looking forward to using the facilities but the hotel host events that overflows into the swimming pool. Very awkward to swim with drunk people surrounding the pool...

グレートバリアリーフの船乗り場、レストランやお土産ショップどこに行くのも徒歩圏内。立地最高。 従業員も日本語が話せるのでオススメな場所も聞け安心。

Overpriced and tired

Why does a hotel that charges as much as this feel the need to then charge for wi-fi?? I've been away for 4 weeks and this is the first hotel to do this. Even McDonald's has free wi-fi! It's outrageous and the receptionist was very patronising when questioned about it. As for the rest, the hotel is a bit tired. My sheet had a hole in it, there was mould on the bath seal but hotel was well located. Breakfast was OK. Heated food not great but good range of other items.

The staff in front desk is frustrated which made me very unhappy as they change the room which do not as what I booked without any conscious.

Pros: コンシェルジュ レンタカーが簡単に借りられ業者の不備を助けてもらえた 朝食レストラン 3歳の子連れに食べるものがあって助かった 1週間滞在して長期滞在扱いになりチョコレートのプレゼントを頂いた テッシュやタオルを遠慮なく何度も交換した 近くにウールワース 夕飯に重宝した
Cons: 偶然見たベッドの下にゴキブリが死んでいた。ベッドの下までは掃除しないようだ
Location: 海岸沿い 散歩しながら左右ともに大がかりな公園があり小さな子供に良かった 少し歩いたところに沢山の遊具や水遊びも出来るmuddy's play ground ともうひとつはすぐ隣に大きな木にジャングルジムや滑り台や橋を取り付けてまるで気分はトムソーヤか何かになったかのような公園
ベランダに紐をつるして洗面所で洗濯した。 夕飯も海、船、こうもり、星や月をながめながらウールワースで買ってきた寿司、ピザ、パン、ブドウ、リンゴ、バナナ、サラダなどでゆっくりと堪能した。 子連れ日本人なので多少自分でも掃除をしたが比較的きれいなホテルだと思う。 ホテルの人は全員接客のプロ フレンドリーで話しやすい

View, amenities and staff were 100% perfect

Location: Casino, Shopping, Food, reef sightseeing, swimming
The view from the room was spectacular. Everything was very clean and inviting. Two double beds, however the room was still very spacious. The bathroom and shower was laid out so that there was plenty of room to have two females (sisters) spread all their products out without having to pack one away for the others comfort.

Hotel in good position, nice view of the harbour. Walking distance to everything lots of places to eat nearby.

Great location near Cairns esplanade

Not a 5 star hotel unfortunately

The hotel itself is quite old, but doesn't feel as though they have unkept the rooms very well. Room had no mini bar (which after leaving a $200 deposit, I'm sure they could supply this). Room had no watchable TV or cable channels. Only choices were weather, reading news articles or paying $16 a movie. Room service disappointing. Called to place a dinner order and was told abruptly to call back later. They were obviously busy, understaffed and showed no manners. I didn't order after that. Not very pram friendly. Found myself struggling with the front doors almost every time I came and went. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 in the morning!! We were awake, but I can imagine how unimpressed you would be if you wanted a sleep in. Was ove charged on check out an excessive a amount of charges, that apparently were a mistake. To top off our stay, there was some kind of techno festival going on outside and we could hear the screaming and bass all night. not the best when you have a newborn baby. We were impressed with the buffet breakfast and all the staff we encountered in that restaurant. That unfortunately was the only highlight of our trip. Would source accommodation elsewhere next time we return.

ベットの硬さは良かった・・・

Location: ロケーショについては申し分ない。
前回6月はシャングリラホテルを使ったがベットが軟らか過ぎて腰を痛めたので今回はヒルトに変更。 スタッフのサービス度はシャングリラの方が良かったので今回もオプショナルツアー等ではシャングリラで世話になった。 客室の快適度はシャングリラより良かったと思うがシャングリラより高い部屋にしたので当然だったかも知れない。
