Thank you for reviewing your stay and sharing your love of our great selection of beautiful swimming pools. Our Complex is a short distance from the beachfront however enables us to offer a relaxed quiet atmosphere for our guests after a busy day exploring our Region.

We pride ourselves in being a real gem location in Palm Cove away from the main Tourist strip instead situated in tranquil surrounds with amazing swimming pools and tropical gardens. We were never aware of your complaint until your departure day when you advised the family with young children near you were noisy to which we expressed our sincere apologies. It was unfortunate you never brought your issue to our attention immediately giving us the opportunity to address the situation to even possibly moving you to another room. Everything else about your stay was above and beyond in fact we actually upgraded your Room type so it’s a shame this wasn’t reflected in your review. What you have put in your review only addresses the variables which are people, and reviews such as this can be very detrimental to our small business such as ours.
