I liked the pool and spa I liked the spacious apartments I liked the friendly staff at the reception I liked the comfortable beds I didn't like the early morning noise from other guests

Michael was a very helpful host nothing was too much trouble for him. Would recommend staying there. We had a smaller unit than the one in the picture but it was sufficient for us.

Good family stay
Everything was great except we didn’t get the extra mattress that was organised to be put in for our 5th guest. If that end of the deal was dealt with as discussed I would’ve rated our stay a 10/10 but due to this matter I’m going to give it a 8/10

Great location
Great location. Short walk to the kids water park on the esplanade. Room was not very generous with little to no extra toilet paper/tea/coffee/detergent/extra blankets ect Clean and spacious. Lovely pool area.

Relaxing.
Close to public transport restaurants RSL pokeys Esplanade and town centre. Would recommend it for people who don't want to spend everything on accommodation.

Great find and comfortable!!
Easy walk to town (recommend going along the esplanade), spacious, clean, lovely staff, nice ground and we got an upgrade from a 1 bed to 2 bedroom apartment!!. Not fancy but great value!

Basic Unit Close to Restaurants.
The unit was basic, clean and fine for quick overnight stay. Communication with Manager was good as we were arriving late. There was no soaps or toiletries which was disappointing and only 3 towels for 4 people. Those things should be essentials. The lounge chairs were not very comfortable and need replacing. A short walk to some restaurants which made it easy.

Hi Lisa Thank you for your feedback and our apologies for the late response. While this is no excuse we have new cleaners at the apartments who we have found missing some items on our checklist.. I agree the lack of enough towels and toiletries would be disappointing, however this is not normally the case. As our apartments are individually owned I will suggest to the owner that replacing the lounge chairs would be good.

Nice self-contained apartment close to esplanade
The hotel is located near the hospital a couple of minutes from the esplanade; the staff is nice and helpful, and the apartment was clean. We had a great time staying there as it was handy to the night markets, the ferry terminal and the city.

Value for money. Clean and full amenities. Wonderful if you need to be near the hospital, and easy to walk to the Esplanade, Muddy's water-park for the kids, and the Lagoon. Lots of pubs, take-aways, and a small corner shop nearby.

Very disappointing
Booked 4 star superior 2 bedroom apartment fully renovated and all new items in unit. Got 1st floor apartment, Opened door to stale/musty smelling room. Rooms were just basically renovated. Self contained kitchen had all OLD cooking appliances/crockery/cutlery. Main bedroom had NO flywire/grills on windows so when opened, you could easily fall out (VERY VERY DANGEROUS, how is this allowed???). The sliding door to balcony from family room had no flywire/grill either on door. This property was very very disappointing. It appears the owners of this unit do not conform with what is offered on their website, don't be fooled by the photos. When I queried if our unit was the superior unit with the Manager I basically got a shrug and was told that some were and some were not??? I do not recommend staying here at all, find somewhere nicer and a lot safer.

Great apartment
The apartment was really nice, roomy and had all the amenities you needed. Great location, close to esplanade. Free Wi-Fi wasn't very good though. Overall very good though.

Accommodation bedding inadequate and didn't care
Arrived at accommodation late Sunday afternoon and though I had a confirmed booking on hotels.com for a two bedroom unit for 2 adults and 3 children there was only bedding for 4 persons. Not practical when children are 12,11 and 10. We rang management and eventually on getting through to the manager was told that he had not read our booking for 3 children. He told us he had no extra bedding and could not help us at all. Manager had absolutely no empathy to our problem after driving 400 km to our accommodation for the night. We had to unpack secured camping equipment for the following week and child slept on the floor and crowded his parents in their bed for the night. Disgusting customer service from this establishment. Suggest find somewhere else.if you are a family !

Good location but the Apartments need some upkeep. The appliances were of poor quality. Dryer kept stopping, Iron leaked, light bulbs blown, remote for fan and light switch didn't work so no fan or lighting in lounge. One bedroom door was locked so if it closed you had to get the office to come and open, which was to bad if it was shut. Shower hard to adjust and shower head kept slipping. Just one thing after the other. Couldn't wait to get home.

Convenient self contained accom opp hospital
Stayed here cause close to the hospital and i had to attend day surgery (I live in the county so had to stay overnight). Good sized apartment; some furnishings damaged (blinds and sliding doir for laundry) but everything thered l needed. Bedroom too light for me as only blinds at the window and lots of lights outside. I stayed on the ground flloor as I take an esky of food with me to cook when I go to Cairns and there are no lifts. Very convenient parking although not under cover. Nice pool area. Staff a bit grumpy and not very accommodating when I handed over the hair dryer which was wet due to a leak in the bathroom cupboard. Also an issue to get a printed receipt as I had payed via Hotels.com

Not a great experience, first time in cairns, as we needed to drop our rental car back to airport early we needed to drop our baggage off at hotel prior to check-in, the guy in office was very rude and and unfriendly, check-in time is 2pm, but on door says office closes at 1pm on a sunday, as our group got spilt up, luckily one of us got back to check-in, by the time rest of group got back eveything locked up no one available to speak to on phone, very hot that night and air-con did not work well at all,
