A great place to stay with everything we needed, including being able to buy reasonably priced drinks from reception. Rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard. There was everything we needed in the room. Its a very cosy and compact property with a friendly atmosphere. For those who have negatively commented on this property, i cant understand why! It has everything needed for a great stay! It is about 20 mins walk to the esplanade though but this didnt bother us. Great stay, lovely place. Thank you

We arrived about midnight. Marco v friendly and helpful and even made us fresh toasted sandwiches (incl with gluten free bread). Clean, spacious, lovely apartment. Quiet. Easy to get to from airport late at night. Secure off- street parking.

Ideal, but dated, for a few nights

Quiet, well-located hotel with good staff. The main downside is how dated the room was - furniture seemed worn and slightly stained, and the unventilated bathroom had evidence of mould.

A street away from the Promenade which was great but still a 10-15 minute walk to CBD, a nice walk though. A bbq on the property would have been handy, but then we may not have ventured out of the property as much as we did to cook on the free bbqs along the Promenade!

We had a great stay. 2 bed apartment was great for a family with basic cooking set up to have some meals at home/picnic. Loved the full size fridge. Kids loved the pool. Great breakfast at restaurant on site. Easy parking on site but also street if all used. We had an attempted break in during the stay and hotel were quick to act and get the damaged door fixed. Close to Muddys Playground and good eating options

Accommodation was clean, bed was good. Very roomy and fine for 1 person but would have been small for 3 people. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The complex was old and could do with refurbishment. I was in room 323 on first floor which had a long verandah leading to other rooms. Very noisy with people coming and going at all hours.

The room was decent but it was very musky and did not smell very nice. The property in general seemed nice and the walk to Esplanade was nearby. It worked for us for one night stay but I wouldn't stay any longer. Sadly there was also a complete power outage in the hotel in the evening, not the hotels fault but it was not a pleasant experience.
