Hotel is not honest with guest. When you book at this hotel and arrive to get your room, the hotel will send you to another walk-in hotel not hotel location and give you bad room, many times overbooking.

Superb location in downtown. Basic room without frills. Hostel-like atmosphere. Limited breakfast. Very helpful manager, Saeed, and other staff, but one, Jabar, was rude.

The staff were helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked. There was no hot water for shower. There was one hot water switch and tank in one room only which supplied hot water to all the rooms on the floor. We suffered taking cold showers for 3 days. Complaining made no difference and we could not leave the hotel and go to another hotel because payment was required at the check in. Expedia needs to look into this and rectify this issue for other guests.
