Good Hotel, Centrally Located

Pros: Location
Cons: More care in doing laundry; I lostr a pair of sox.
The service was excellent. Breakfast also handled well. Room comfort high.

Nice hotel but annoying guests

A lot of Arab nationalities were flirting with rudeness, check in was also tough to get in before time

Everything is as per expectation or better. Food is great.rooms are specious and nice. Staff is friendly and well trained.

Nice hotel. Full of activity. History. Every one smokes in closed areas is a major set back.

Beautiful, historic hotel with modern facilities

Pros: Everything. Good location, classy, with excellent restaurants.
Cons: Not much.
Location: The hotel is on Gezira Island in the middle of the Nile. To the north of the hotel is Zamalek, an upmarket (by Cairo standards) area.
The Cairo Marriott is a beautiful, historic hotel in Zamalek. Its modern facilities are extensive, as are its gardens.

Pros: Recreation and security
Cons: All is good
Location: Location is amazing but as I said I did not have the chance to enjoy the view of the Nille
My reservation was a deluxe room but I did not understand why got a garage view in the ZAMALEK tower. It was noisy and could not enjoy the evening breeze although the hotel had probably 30% occupancy. All in all it was great.

Was ok

I wasn't too happy at all- I paid almost £900.00 but the service want so great- I couldn't smoke in side although most of egypt hotels allowed smoking or have smoking area. Every day we have to call for cleaning or no one will do it. They don't put enough coffee or milk powder so we keeping asking each time. I don't felt that I am in 5 star hotel but 3 or even 2 star. I paid so much of money of nothing. When I visit the ather 5 star hotel I could see the service and the respect. Very disappointed with Marriott and I should have some £300.00 refund because £600.00 is more then enough for what I had from Marriott in very honest way. Regards
