Not Movenpick Standard at all!

Not likely to return to this premises ever again. The breakfast was great so were all of the staff. The coffee area by the pool was lovely too in the evening as were the staff there.
We had a few issues with on our stay. The rooms floor was dusty. They charged us extra for a dish ordered via room service, when complained they said that we had an old menu in our room and the price had gone up and that was the price we had to pay, perhaps better management of the hotel would have meant we had a new menu in our room to begin with. We also had a faulty fridge which we complained about on day 1 but it took 3 days to resolve, we just wanted cool bottled water. They did however rectify the issue and give us complimentary dinner and a fruit basket for a night for all guests, so I was happy with that, Ali the manager was very helpful.
The taxi services within the Movenpick were horrendous and did not take us to all the places they had promised us on the tour after paying them a significant amount, the driver didn't even know his way around. Do not book with them, they are not worthy of servicing Movenpick guests.
