Do So

No one would answer my calls had to go to the reception. Took for ever to get whar I wanted and had to go twice and ask for it. Buffet was really bad food wise pool was nice service at the pool was nice so was the music.

Not Movenpick Standard at all!

Not likely to return to this premises ever again. The breakfast was great so were all of the staff. The coffee area by the pool was lovely too in the evening as were the staff there. We had a few issues with on our stay. The rooms floor was dusty. They charged us extra for a dish ordered via room service, when complained they said that we had an old menu in our room and the price had gone up and that was the price we had to pay, perhaps better management of the hotel would have meant we had a new menu in our room to begin with. We also had a faulty fridge which we complained about on day 1 but it took 3 days to resolve, we just wanted cool bottled water. They did however rectify the issue and give us complimentary dinner and a fruit basket for a night for all guests, so I was happy with that, Ali the manager was very helpful. The taxi services within the Movenpick were horrendous and did not take us to all the places they had promised us on the tour after paying them a significant amount, the driver didn't even know his way around. Do not book with them, they are not worthy of servicing Movenpick guests.

I didn't enjoy my stay that much

The room wasn't that good and the room service breakfast wasn't nice and rhe parking service is the worst and the staff are so slow ... Etc

Hotel near the pyramids but not sanitary room

The bathroom was dirty with stains everywhere , the floor seems very old and out dated. There were marks all over the room wall , we didn't have the room service menu and when we requested for a menu it took an hour for them to bring us a menu. The staff were very kind and the hotel manager assured me that they would fix the condition of the room. Would I stay there again? Most likely not.

Ruff start but I made it work!

The first couple of days was not good as i had to call for towels and water on these days. The rooms (the bungalow) were very out dated. The tv was fuzzy so i never watched it. The room also had a very bad smell. I had to complain to the front desk. But after day 3 everything was wonderful!

Deluxe rooms ok Classic rooms not as website , make clear these are old and need renovating

Not really five star except the price of the buffet, which was 2 or 3 star quality.
