great time

Pros: the convenience was the best
Cons: I thought for the money it was worth it I had no complaints

the resort was terrific the hotel staff helped in all ways they could, the great news of this hotel is that the new museum of Egypt is being build across the road, I mean really just across the street , it is huge, the pyramids are across the street also, no need to take a taxi, because they will charge you 40 dollars money that could stay in your pockets. the food here was okay but could use a more western variety I think, over all it was a good time.

Not Worthy of 4 stars!

Pros: Nice lobby and breakfast buffet; close to pyramids although not walkable unless you want to risk your life crossing a street.
Cons: Bungalows are in a serious state of disrepair.
Location: Very close to pyramids but nothing else. Several reasonable restaurants nearby including Felfella.
We booked the hotel via Expedia several months in advance. Upon arrival, we were put into a bungalow room rather than one in the main hotel. The room was substandard with a old 24 inch tube TV, a safe that was non functional and not bolted in, and a bathroom with a loose toilet seat. There was mold on the walls and evidence of water leakage on the ceiling See Photos for details. The staff would not replace the towels nor give us a working safe. The room would not even be 1 star in the US.

Hotel Accommodation

Pros: The gardens they kept tidy and the pool was cleaned every day.
Cons: The rooms where a bit run down. Needed updating. This hotel is not 5*, more like 3*. Food choice was very nice.
Location: Location to visit the Pyramids is ideal.
Very pleasant stay at the hotel. Wide selection of food to choice from. Staff very friendly.

If you are in Cairo for one night with objective to see Pyramids only, you may consider Movempick Pyramids due to its location. Othrwise, look for alternative.

Nice resort with a good view of the pyramids

We got there at 4 am with a taxi that I ordered through the hotel. The staff was very attentive at all times,maybe because there was hardly any other guests during the week. The weekend got busy and the staff was still very nice. Anything we needed they were always willing to get for us. The food was always excellent.

Ok hotel, only stay in the newer part as the bungalows are horrible and not as clean and nice.
