The stay was really pleasant. The staff are really nice and friendly, like all Egyptians. The only downside would be that there was still dust in the room and some areas in the bathroom where not cleaned properly, i informed the staff about this and they cleaned it after. Other than that, i totally recommend the hotel.

This is one of the most elegant and beautiful hotels i have stayed at and I was given nothing but royal treatment from the moment I arrived at the airport until I was delivered back for my return home. This place is so comfortable, clean and has so much to enjoy from amazing restaurants to an incredible breakfast buffet and outstanding staff and customer service. So conveniently located as well. I will stay here again for sure and i very highly recommend this hotel

Good value for money hotel. Stayed in an Executive Room which had access to the executive lounge. That was great value with free drinks, food and snacks through the day. The rooms were spacious but a little tired - could do with an update.

As usual the rooms were comfortable and clean. Coffee and tea in the room but no milk and biscuits or snacks would have been nice. Front desk very helpful and lobby area was good if not a bit dark to work. Could also do with more power points to allow working in the lobby. The Hotel restaurant service was very poor. No cutlery on the tables, plate and bowls ran out butter ran out understaffed and it took too long to order coffee and hot drinks

Disappointing
Before our last night, I would have said this hotel was ok. Not spectacular but ok. The last night they had a party in the main courtyard which our room faced. Thumping music past midnight when we had a 4am wake up for our flights home was really not appreciate. None off us got any sleep. The age of most hotel guest was middle age or more so can’t imagine many of their guests being happy with the situation. This hotel also allows smoking in the main floor lobby and cafe area. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated every hall and our non smoking room.

Beautiful and elegant hotel with courteous staff. The security on property made us feel safe and confident. There were several dining options on-property so we didn’t need to leave property. We recommend this property for a stay in Cairo.

Very nice experience. Unfortunately could not enjoy the casino due to very poor ventilation/filtration caused by cigarette smoke. Also, our bathroom was dated and moldy. Restaurants were excellent and staff was very friendly.
