Very upscale old hotel.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful wherever possible. The dining room even prepared a sack breakfast for me when I was leaving

Excellent location, along Nile. Food was very good, however, some of the staffs behavior was annoying.

The perfect view!!

The place was as advertised! A beautiful view of the nile! A soft ginormous bed!!! Hot water!! Good good! My only complaint was the bathroom wasn't squeaky clean!! Hair was left behind in the tub and on the floor! Other than that my stay was PERFECT!!!

Nice hotel and viewto river

Excellent service. Hotel's restaurants were great. Rooms and property were clean and well kept. Expensive but a great experience.

Near the Nile with great staff!

I wasn't originally happy with my room but the staff went out of their way to make it right and make me happy. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Do not waste your money!

My wife and I have just stayed there a week. I have stayed at the Fairmont Nile City 4 times previously while in Cairo but we wanted a change so we tried to book a hotel with high rating and a proven name behind it as the Hilton is. We checked in and went to our room on the 10th floor. Walking down the hallway to our room we could see the place was very dirty. When we open the door to our room it stunk so bad from mold and mildew. We opened the patio doors and went out. We returned in about an hour and the odor was still terrible so I went to the front desk to change rooms. They told us they were sorry and would put us on the execute floor on 18 but 18 is not executive. Anyway the room was the same but no odor. The room itself was wiped but not clean as dust was evident everywhere. The door on the closet was broken and not fixed. When looking anywhere in the hotel it was wiped but not clean on any furniture, hallways, corners etc. The room itself was comfortable but we had expected more like the Fairmont! The cost for both hotels are about the same but the hotel, food, spa and services are like night and day. We will not stay in another Hilton Hotel in the future and take a chance on expecting high quality. This hotel is not worth the money! Michael

Good hotel overlooking Nile river

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with a nice partial Nile view. Lobby was nice and specious. I like the Spa, and the night club. Breakfast includes a good selection fits all tastes.
