Our stay at this VRBO was short. There were so many insufficiencies that we did not feel comfortable staying another night. Jana was helpful in meeting some of our needs and did refund our next nights accommodation which we appreciated.

It’s not clean I have to clean it for myself and the dis of items is not working I contact her several times she did not answer us she ignore us and she takes a deposit notice it keep asking for Z see nothing every day she said I will come tomorrow nobody show up we ask for couple of stuff to be infected and the apartment doesn’t have enough supplies she’s so weird ignore us make me very mad and I contact her from the first day but nothing I mean I got nothing And that we have to keep asking to have to pay for the Internet and no answer we have to bought it for ourselves

Elegant home
The apartment is great but the building appearance and the neighborhood felt a little shady. We ended up walking to the main street to get a meal and it wasn't so bad. There was more than enough space for us to spread out and enjoy the apartment. The wrap around balcony was very nice. The view of the pyramids was amazing especially at night. We left something at the apartment and they were kind enough to send the package to us in Cairo via uber. A big plus for that!!!

Amazing Experience Staying Here
My husband and I had a great experience staying here to celebrate our birthdays. The place looked so exquisite and royal! It was so spacious, clean and nice. We were very pleased. We had the nicest house lady stay with us and she was so helpful and nice. She assisted us with meals, coffee, cleaning and much more. They arranged for all of the activities for us and drivers to take us around which made it so convenient. We didn’t have to worry about anything. They also had someone come to the home to take our Covid tests so we could return home. Everything was planned just the way we wanted it. They answered each and every time I reached out which put my mind at ease. I would most definitely come back here to stay and I plan to.
