Staff pretty good, about 95% there.
Only one failure, although it was a big one. We can be 100% certain that an evening room service order gave us sickness and diarrhea which confined us to our room for the entire next day.
Other than that as I say almost brilliant and about 95% there.

As the reported matter directly affects our hotel’s reputation, we have immediately asked HACCP Company to visit the hotel to conducted a thorough investigation specifically your reporting although they have a regular schedule three times per week to ensure that we are following the highest hygiene and guest safety standards.
HACCP stands for “Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point” who are a Food Standards International Agency that are specialized in setting the food hygiene regulations for International properties that serve food to their clients.
Just today we received the official HACCP investigation that the reported case could not be linked to the food order served to your goodselves.
Having stated the above clarifications, we do regret your experience and suggest that your sickness was for a reason beyond the hotel’s responsibility.
Rest assured that it is our goals & objectives to strive on daily basis for the highest level of services, whereby healthy and safety is playing a very important role and therefore your comment with it’s points have been taken very seriously by the hotel management.
Trusting that you will understand our situation, I sincerely hope that this bad experience will not deter you from using our property for your future visits.
