“Great start”

“The staff at the reception desk had everything ready for us when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the pools or hot tubs but they were in use constantly for the week we were there. The area was always neat and clean. The room was exactly as shown and we had a great view of the ocean and beach from the 14th floor. I would book Bay Watch again without hesitation.”

“Clean accommodations and beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast items like eggs, sausage and hash brown potatoes weren't the hottest temperature-wise, but the microwave fixed that in 20 seconds. Breakfast was still great. Overall, we were very pleased once again and we'll be coming back! ”

“Friendly staff to check on. We didn't eat the breakfast. The only item of note, that we advised the check out staff of when we checked out, was that the toilet lever didn't come back up ... so we had to take the toilet lid off to life the lever, so the bowl would refill. Overall, we're quite happy with the hotel. We plan to stay there again next year when we come down the night before our condo rental is ready.”
